Personally myself I bought into this stock months ago as I feel the company has a lot of potential. I'm not in it for the short term I can see the stock growth over the next year as the location data and digital marketing comes more into play.

I understand the fundamental reason for the 'disastrous' placing was the auditors refusing to sign off on the 'going concern' concept if the Company was unable to secure funding.

So basically a case of survival, obviously to the detriment of us long term shareholders.
