So is every one now resigned to the fact that they will never see a return on their LLOY investment..well not in their life time?
Did you not realise that you are not going to live forever?
Remind me, what was LLOY share price the morning after the Brexit leave vote?
"Shorts" for the winter, has nothing to do with climate change.
Long time before the sun shines on UK stocks again
Look on the bright side, financially worse off, but buckets full of sovereignty.
Oh and don't forget the divi.......

BBC concluding now that the vote is being pulled. Statement in Parliament at 3.30, followed by Leadsom organizing a procedural motion or similar. Meantime, Juncker has said the WA will not be changed.

Total chaos.

Monty,

Even if there were to be a GE, which may not occur, what makes you so sure Labour will win? More and more people in the street are realising Corbyn is full of false promise and even the young professionals are adamant that the hard work they have put into getting their qualifications and employment position isn’t going to be thrown away with a Marxist Government who don’t believe in a meritocracy. Why should those who have worked hard give away their gains to a Party who are hell bent on a re-distribution of wealth? When you speak to many 20 year olds that have finished Uni or College and now are on the earning train are fearful of politicians taking away from them what they believe has been earned through hard work.

They also realise, in conversation that although homelessness should be eradicated they also accept that many are homeless because they have opted out of society, not wanting ‘to conform’ to what is seen as an acceptable norm. They also believe that to give benefits people must give something back to society either in care for the elderly or keeping our streets clean.

Labour may win but don’t assume the people are so stupid as not to realise the damage that will result. Those with masses of capital and money will purely move their wealth overseas just like many did in the 70’s

Apparently there is a big US shorter focused on 3 UK banks. Given the way the Lloyds price has gone recently Lloyds could be 1 of the 3. If that is the case we could be in for a large bounce if the brexit backstop can get sorted.

Brexit does mean Brexit.
With luck it will not happen.

Pain means pain,
misery means misery,
poverty means poverty,
Brexit means Brexit.
