They've only been charged Scruff - so may yet get off with no more than a smacked wrist

That's if they want to pretend they're guilty as clearly they'd rather spin it into them being the victims again

One thing Rachel Reeves has done well. She has proved that a masters in economics from the LSE is on a par with a Grade G Maths O'Level from Bash St Comp.

6 months to charge 2 thugs. 6 days to gaol a woman for 2.5 yrs for a 9 word tweet. Summat wrong. Not a two tiered justice system its a corrupt banana republic one (except we cant afford the bananas).

Glad to hear the news that the 2 thugs who attacked police officers at Manchester Airport have now been charged with assaulting police officers. Even better news, that there will be no charges brought against the police officers involved, and the police officer who had been suspended from duty has now had that suspension lifted.

Millwallfan,
Labour never said state pension was a BENEFIT ! Did you read that in one of the right wing rags and get your "FACTS" from them ? :)

Min Pong even in denial about 14 years of Tory rule culminating with Liz truss trashing the economy . Tories rule for benefit of their billionaire mates in the client media and what CROCODILE tears as they pretend to be concerned about the poor and loss of winter fuel payments - LOL !

MP. I agree 100% - and I commented immediately after the election that the Tories had thrown it away (with some help from Farage) rather than labour winning it. The tories should have said ‘ hands up - taxes are at their highest but there was a democratic vote for brexit, a world pandemic and two major wars - all of which would have led to increased taxes and borrowing- even if the Monster Raving Loony party had been in government. The tories had ‘ turned the corner - just look at the key figures and direction of travelfrom their last six months !!
Then look at the wonderful ‘socialistR17; government performance including the budget (we didn’t know the state of the economy DOH) and worst of all WFP and WASPI fiascos - direct attacks on pensioners - the vast majority of whom have paid PAYE and NI all their lives ( 42 years for me - max NI and 40% PAYE and never a penny dole or benefits). It makes my blood boil when labour talk about the state pension being a ‘benefit’; - it is a ‘paid for’ ENTITLEMENT !!
Finally I’ve now worked out the labour strategy- the Cabinet have been watching re-runs of LOGANS RUN - work that out for yourselves 😂
