02/7/2024 13:48 | BREAKING: UKRAINIAN AIR FORCE LOST SIX AIRCRAFT AS A RESULT OF RUSSIAN STRIKES Support SouthFront Today’s strikes of Russian Iskander missiles at the Mirgorod airfield were coordinated by Russian UAV. The drone passed unnoticed by Ukrainian air defense and was operating about 200 kilometers away from the Russian border. Russian strikes with cluster missiles resulted in a large fire at the airfield. The footage recorded by the UAV confirmed heavy losses of the Ukrainian Air Force. As a result of the attack, the Ukrainian military lost 6 aircraft at once. Two Ukrainian Su-27s were destroyed and burned down. Four more Su-27s were heavily damaged by cluster munition. Losses in manpower could not be avoided. The footage also showed the fake aircraft drawn on the parking in order to confuse Russian forces; but they did not help the Ukrainian military to avoid the losses. The loss of six aircraft is a heavy defeat for the Ukrainian Air Force which is still waiting for NATO aircraft to enter the war. Support SouthFront | ![]() stonedyou | |
