28/6/2024 12:25 | Plus lloyds was a distribution consolidation in the sector period. Catching up. as simple as that maybe | institutional investments
28/6/2024 12:23 | And lloyds is the heaviest traded i think | institutional investments
28/6/2024 12:22 | jrph, dunno. Could be as simple as sector trend dumping since the zone double top | institutional investments
28/6/2024 12:21 | They all seem to have a similarly timed dip but nothing on the scale of LLoy | scruff1
28/6/2024 12:19 | End of month has always been the time for dodgy changes to put cash on the books, however it's not stopped me adding a few more :) | gbh2
28/6/2024 12:16 | Cheers scruff, certainly not as it used to be is it. So once again the banks foot the bill. Actually I have not looked at the other banks, are they suffering as well?...been a busy morning for me... | optomistic
28/6/2024 12:13 | Is it speculators hitting Lloy this pm? I don't see the rest of the sector similarly hit. | jrphoenixw2
28/6/2024 12:04 | You might think that's just a pretty pic, or an ugly one. believe me, thats the funds in action. very easy to be bearish on lloyds | institutional investments
28/6/2024 12:04 | Not how it used to be Opto. Depending on what exactly happened but if salaries are contracted to be paid on the 28th of the month and customers have DDs etc outgoing on those days and these incur penalties if missed then the banks are liable if at fault. It is the last day of the month so it could be large. But like I say its only an idea. Obviously something has happened that is deemed to to be negative to Lloy on quite a scale. | scruff1
28/6/2024 11:58 | jordaggy28 Jun '24 - 12:44 - 30227 of 30236 0 0 0 Unbelievable. I can't find any news that justifies the drop, but it will emerge later today... .......... FTSE down-trending banks down-trending Woeful consolidation for them in US and Asia It's no surprise | institutional investments
28/6/2024 11:58 | scruff, why should the banks be responsible for the customers shortfall...the debt still lies with the customer? | optomistic
28/6/2024 11:55 | I wonder whether it is to do with the pay day outages. If people are left with debts due to inability to meet direct debits etc then the banks are liable. Only thing I can think of at the moment | scruff1
28/6/2024 11:55 | Probably because I'm signed in when I read it, apologies first time I've tried link to IG's news service. | gbh2
28/6/2024 11:53 | ghb, is that supposed to be informative for non IG users? | optomistic
28/6/2024 11:53 | Linky not worky. | smurfy2001
28/6/2024 11:44 | Unbelievable. I can't find any news that justifies the drop, but it will emerge later today... | jordaggy
28/6/2024 11:41 | It really goes to show...the controlling Zionist don't care who wins, makes no odds. Israel controls the US. Wake up! | jordaggy
28/6/2024 11:40 | Some market shenanigans today? Lloyds share price has dropped from day high 56.46p to 54.48p? | hardup1 |
