You have to work.
You depend on the U.K. economy.

That is obvious.

Carry on with your BS if you wish, at least it is amusing!

Pity we aren't in EU then morrisons could employ Bulgarians for 3 euros an hour and make them work 18 hour shifts in sub freezing conditions like they do in Germany under EU rules apparently

The Buffoon was just ambushed by the Liaison Committee and asked whether he regretted suggesting Trump should have the Nobel Peace Prize a couple of years ago. He almost choked, obviously totally unprepared. Needless to say, no sensible response.

Tricky, on conkers, I know where you are coming from. We played stampsies where, if the conker detached from the string, you could run over to where it landed and stamp on it. This could often become a very violent act with blood and tears flowing in all directions.

As you say, never did anyone any long term harm and built the character. Just like British Bulldog where literally anything went. You did have softies cowering in the corner - not many, though, as that would invite further problems.

As I see it, so long as weapons are not used then lefty ponces can stick to their other normal claptrap involving gender, badgers and Murdoch.

Morrisons promises at least £10 per hour pay for staff - new pay deal explained.

Morrisons has announced a new pay deal for staff which says it will guarantee payment of at least £10 an hour for all workers.

The retailer said it will be the first UK supermarket group to secure workers a £10 minimum rate when the pay increase starts in April this year.

'Significant' pay increase

The new payment policy will mark a “significant” pay increase for almost 96,000 staff members, the supermarket has said.

The majority of workers who will move up to the new minimum hourly rate, which is subject to a ballot vote on 27 January, will receive a nine per cent increase in their pay.

At the moment, Morrisons has a minimum hourly pay rate of £9.20 per hour.

The rise in hourly pay will primarily be funded by investment into payroll, but around a quarter of the increase will be funded by changes to its bonus payouts.

Honda halts Swindon production for third time due to parts delays.

Global semiconductor shortage forces Honda to temporarily pause production at UK site.

Honda will pause production at its Swindon factory next week due to a shortage of parts, as the pandemic continues to impact manufacturer supply chains.

In a statement issued to employees seen by the Financial Times, Honda said: "Some production activities will not run Monday 18 to Thursday 21 January due to Covid-related supply issues. The situation is currently being monitored with a view to restart production on Friday 22 January.”

The plant has temporarily closed twice since the beginning of December for supply reasons, though this is the first time the pandemic, rather than delays at the port, has been cited as a factor. It is reported that the parts in question are semiconductors - a global shortage of which has already restricted production for Volkswagen, Nissan and General Motors.

Semiconductor supply is limited because of a pandemic-induced boom in demand for consumer electronic devices that use the same materials - including smartphones, laptops and tablets - as working from home becomes more popular worldwide. Honda has cut production at several sites worldwide as a result.

I'm not the one dependent on employment, you are.

I'm wealthy, I don't depend on the economic success of the UK, you do!

Not very bright is he! ;)
