G2 - a worrying trend - 'fair' salaries next and 'fair' pensions.
I was told very early on that there is nothing that is 'fair' in business.

"We wish to work together with our landlords to reach a fair agreement" says Boots, but this is ridiculous. A fair agreement is to pay the rent Boots contracted for on the due date.

If they mean they need a bit of time, OK, but I'm sick of this misuse of "fair" to mean "something to my advantage that suits me."

No, just have a shower when you get home, and use your common sense and 'assume' you have the virus on you when you leave the barbers.

When ever i go out and if it involves touching anything, i assume i have the virus on my hands and ALWAYS wash when returning home, and sanitize before opening the door or car door.

4.39am, 4 years ago today, the shocked Remainer BBC declared Leave had won
Do you remember that wonderful moment of Brexit euphoria?

David Dimbleby called the result. The British lion roared across the length and breadth of the UK
Exactly four years ago, members of the Brexit Facts4EU.Org team were all glued to TV and computer screens. Like so many readers who had worked and campaigned so hard, we were all very tired... but very hopeful.

After many hours of somewhat inconclusive results, the position was finally becoming clear by around 4am. It was about 40 minutes later when the BBC finally had no option but to call the result for Leave. A visibly-shocked David Dimbleby gave the news to the nation.

After decades of increasing control by a foreign power,
against all the odds,
against all the combined ranks of Remainers in the British Establishment,
and against all the foreign influence which was used,
the British lion was finally able to roar again….

And it roared “FREEDOM!”

Relive the moment here:-

And if you are prevented from working by the mass hysteria and collective insanity currently infecting our government and media circles - and you therefore have time to watch the full monty - you can see all 11 hours of Referendum night coverage here.

We are Brexit Facts4EU
No surrender

This is our fifth year of fighting for a fully-free and independent United Kingdom and for freedom of speech. We rely 100% on you, members of the public, to keep us going with donations. Sadly, neither the EU nor any foreign billionaires have shown any desire to fund us. Wouldn't this be a great day to make a donation so that we can continue our work?! Quick and secure donation methods are below, and you will get a friendly 'thank you' email from a member of our team. We need you. Thank you so much.

Go to the pub, but work from home. Hmmm....

V interesting that Whitty said “I would be surprised and delighted if we weren’t in this current situation through the winter and into next spring.” So, 2021 folks...

Sooner we stop making our own little rules & exceptions, the sooner this can all be over.

Coburg,
Yes these are totally abnormal times... however the ban on evicting tenants expires on 23rd August.

After which I expect a spike in evictions, increasing towards the end of the year....

The govn might pressurise banks/building societies to be more lenient in order to prevent a surge in mortgage repossessions but I can't see that, as it would lead to more uncertainty over bad debts in the banking sector...

Sikh, these are totally abnormal times which we have never seen before.

A government which has flooded the economy with all kinds of money and taken unprecedented action in peacetime won't want to see large-scale evictions as a result of its policies. I think the banks and lenders will be encouraged to be forbearing, probably even helped financially to be so.

Boris won't want the unpopularity attendant on evicting 10% of the population or whatever. Political suicide. Margaret Thatcher might have done it, but not Boris.

And then of course the economy will be pumped up like blazes to get over the hump of Brexit which will have a big effect on unemployment and short-term prosperity.

Of course the real value of money will be going out of the window, but who cares about that, not the electorate anyway.

All in my opinion of course.

Ppl live in a dream world where they believe that just because they exist they can procreate - without protection and claim state help - and be provided for whilst the guy who sets up a business to aid boredom and creates jobs is absolutely screwed.

I think the crunch time will be from July to Dec when Furloughing is eased, tenancy evictions are allowed again and mortgage repayment hols end.

There's also the US Presidential Election and of course Brexit...

The question will be how many will lose their jobs, how many will be evicted, how many mortgage repossessions will there be..

“Since I defeated the virus and fully recovered from it, you can also do it,” a COVID-19 survivor says

A South Sudanese medical doctor who recovered from COVID-19 urged the public to

pay more support to those struggling with the virus to reduce stigma and the

spread.

“At some point I felt neglected by my institution,” said Dr. Mathew Tut Moses, a

manager for the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre (PHEOC) in the Ministry

of Health. “But I consoled myself by saying, ‘Whatever I do, am doing it for the

nation.’”

Dr. Tut said that he contracted COVID-19 at his work place when the country was

reporting its first cases in April. At the time, his work place became busier,

with more meetings by technical working groups and other stakeholders from

different institutions.

“Many people started coming to our working premises demanding for testing. That

uncontrollable movement of people to PHEOC premises and the long hours working

around the clock without proper rest poses a lot of risk of contracting the

disease to entire teams including myself,” Tut explained.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), people can catch COVID-19

primarily from person to person, through small droplets from the nose or mouth,

which are expelled when a person with COVID-19 coughs, sneezes, or speaks.

The medical doctor said he felt so exhausted on the first week of May 2020 and he

thought that might be because of work stress. Two days later, Tut said his body

started aching, and he had a slight fever and headache. He never thought it could

be symptoms of the Coronavirus, instead he thought this could be malaria.
