23/6/2020 19:56 | max - good reply! Trade deficits in each of the past 20years is more accurate btw. The Japanese accelerated talks is most certainly a double edged samurai sword. | alphorn

23/6/2020 18:53 | Too early to know. Influenza mutates but there are still 'flu jabs based on the most likely strain reviewed periodically. Having written that it is notable that there is another coronavirus for which there is no vaccine because it mutates too rapidly. The common cold no less. | patientcapital
23/6/2020 18:47 | Cobourg1 - I like your optimism, and I hope we do open at 33p and make a push for 36-37p as that would be a great start.I just feel that this share is being manipulated beyond belief between hedge funds and MMs with 'deals for the boys', at the shareholders expense. This is where my frustration comes in as the +/- 2% we keep seeing, and notable push down on US open, we know the big boys are making millions with this activity. On top of this, the market is bipolar atm. Not much sense can be made of it. Carnival for example, all ships docked, hemmoraging money, and often top of the risers board. They should be half the current price right now for example. | bearnecessities
23/6/2020 18:46 | When I visited my doctor over the years - not often - I had concerns about high temperature which appeared to stick. Advice - take paracetamol - got to bed - it is almost certainly a virus - of which I have no knowledge and for which i know no cure. FFWD to 2020 - a new virus - this is not a disease - so IMO there can be no vaccine because it is not in a definitive state. PLS why is / has this happened. Why has the science group treated this like the plague and got away with it? | jl5006
23/6/2020 18:34 | Why do certain characters crank up the music volume so loud whilst driving with the windows down...and the music sound is all very distorted...is it because they have difficulty hearing the music? or just attention seekers...look at me I look so cool in my car with loud music... | diku
23/6/2020 18:29 | ...never underestimate the stupidity of the American Billy Bobs and Mary Lou's who thought they were voting for the Apprentice!. No they didn't. They thought they were voting for someone who was reasonably normal, unlike most of the political class. They thought they were voting for someone who would welcome immigrants while not allowing the country to be swamped with immigrants. They thought they were voting for someone who recognized that some parts of the world were sources of terror and death and in dealing with such places it is better to be safe than sorry. | grahamite2
23/6/2020 18:22 | GtG. 129 of 178. How would you like it if one of your families lives was cut short? You miss the point GTG. Pre covid peoples lives were being cut short all the while. I lost my 4 yr old only nephew to aggressive brain cancer, one of the reasons being that the NHS has to make some very tough decisions about benefit vs costs of drugs & treatment. You have to ask yourself why pre covid NICE would deny treatment of say 100k to treat a child but post covid they're prepared to throw the kitchen sink at the problem without any regard to cost. Get a grip ffs 50k (predominantly over 65) deaths at a cost of £258B is approx £6m/ life. | utrickytrees
