Decisions, decisions...
if you bought at 39p and sold in today's 45p correction good for you. If you still holding and regret you do not sell don't panic.
I believe tomorrow's bugged will give you another chance to sell.. or go long.
.
The Q is what next, will 42p hold or will fall further to 38p or even 32p... all depends what effects the virus will have in the economy.
The decision is yours.
In my opinion, buy the low 42p and add...

Bobd imo your correct to be hesitant. IF it can maintain its divvy it looks Bostin but if your a lth the reality is on-going capital depreciation because Lloyd's is a government cash cow. Avoid like the plague.

I'm new on here, it was recommended. Are Lloyds a good punt at 42p, I have read so much, it seems to be cheap, but I am not convinced.

Any old tosspot can lay a load of train track across a large country like China with infrastructure that is probably overdue being blown up anyway, the difficult bit is threading a new line through areas that need to be preserved. Look at some of the railways in Scotland they were knocking them out proper rapid, when they reached England the rate of roll out dropped markedly.

It's the old farts who seem to be spreading it! LOL

There little jaunts to Tenerife, going on cruises etc.. etc..

They are the only ones with the time and the money to do these things this time of year.

ROFLMAO!

wends - thanks for that reply. Not only were those factories closed but the machinery was sold off too. It makes it very problematic to rebuild from scratch and a big question whether cost effective.
Regarding the current share price I am optimistic that there will be some economic encouragement in the budget tomorrow. However, the Lloyds domestic strategy and IMO the almost certain downturn to come does not look good.
(I am still long the shares and hold LLPE).
