What has nationalising the utilities got to do with state aid they two entirely different things. Why would state aid be used as a vehicle to renatioalise a profit making company who employ thousands of Britons.

I nearly bought in at around 52p yesterday, pleased I didnt. On saying that I think 6 months down the line anything around the 50p mark no matter how far this may drop will probably be a good buy. Still watching for my entry point.

I think Lloyds is holding up pretty well considering how far the markets have dropped and the 'so so' results. Investors are always looking to the future and all the company specific bad news is behind us. If the virus is controlled in the UK Lloyd's should see a good recovery.

We are now seeing ridiculously cheap prices for lloy but the covid 19 virus plus Brexit deal talks are going to hammer the share price even further in my opinion.Could this go to 45p? 50p seemed improbable a few days ago. India haven't recorded any cases of the virus yet ! Numbers will go off the chart when it does.
