06/3/2019 19:07 | I just wonder what they can do with euro-army on behalf of Europe Germany's envoy has become the first European diplomat to be expelled from the Latin American state for interference into its internal affairs..In mid-February, Venezuela also kicked out a team of "interventionist" | k38
06/3/2019 19:02 | Is there any truth in the rumour that the new Remain party is targeting 25m members? | careful
06/3/2019 19:00 | Interesting to see next weeks vote. Can the 120 'leave with no deal' MP's frustrate the will of over 500 democratically elected MP's. Hard line Brexiteers are a minority, but they are louder. If the vote was in decibels they would win. May's deal should go through, or better still a very long extension. This sad episode is slowly healing itself. | careful
06/3/2019 18:57 | Thanks for the youtube link, cm44. | grahamite2
06/3/2019 18:23 | Excellent 248605, k38. I've never heard of Sherelle Jacobs but she's right on the money. Not so much that our MPs have been getting worse and worse - that's obvious to all. But “risk-averse managerialist” types describes them perfectly. They wouldn't even understand the concept of having a vision or a conviction. | grahamite2
06/3/2019 17:51 | Let's talk about Lloyds | phillis
06/3/2019 17:50 | The Brexit Party Register and sign up. | xxxxxy

06/3/2019 17:44 | And take 39 billion off the table. | xxxxxy
06/3/2019 17:42 | Extension means the Conservative Party loses millions of votes. The Brexit Party targets 17 million registrations. Extension means perversion of Democracy by the Elite. The Conservative Party will be sent back tothr Stone Age. No Fear Con and Labour Party the Quislings Party. It will be RIP for them LEAVE and WTO | xxxxxy
06/3/2019 17:21 | Grahamite,just for you and anyone else who missed it | cm44
06/3/2019 17:19 | BBC, again. "Business live: Pound stumbles". Actually down 0.21% against the $ and 0.35% against the E. If the £ had gained that amount today, the headline wouldn't have been....well actually there wouldn't have been a headline. Keep it up, beeb, you're digging your own grave. | poikka
06/3/2019 16:53 | Sherelle Jacobs : "Over the last 50 years, the quality, integrity and risk-taking capacity among British politicians has steadily disintegrated. And now, here we are in 2019, with the most inept, dismal, self-seeking Parliament in its history". She describes most Remain MPs as "risk-averse managerialist" types and believes that these MPs are "incapable of going through with stopping a no-deal Brexit". But I have my doubts. These are the kind of people who fear change and prefer the status quo. I believe most of them will chicken out and vote for the WA. | k38
06/3/2019 16:11 | The gist, cm44? I must have missed it. | grahamite2
06/3/2019 15:55 | 601, Can still see that hilarious Top Gear episode | cm44
06/3/2019 15:53 | Interesting to see if this swing to socialism by the young will continue. Even in America there seems to be a shift taking place and socialism as defined by Bernie Saunders is no longer dismissed. The problem is wealth distribution. Even Buffett sees the dangers. Since the financial crisis the wealth of the top 500, (fortune 500) has tripled. The top 2% have done very well. But the bottom 60%, particularly the young, are poorer, weighed down with debt, and barely qualifying for basic medical care. Things are changing, it is dangerous to ty to sell 'trickle down theory' to the impoverished bottom 60%. With social media it is difficult for the super rich and big business to control the minds of the masses. | careful
06/3/2019 15:42 | Going back to cars, of stag's list one that won't be missed is Reliant. As Car magazine used to put it: Pros - cheap Cons - everything else Verdict - what price your neck? | grahamite2
06/3/2019 15:33 | "There are no "blatant lefties" in this country as even Corbyn is only slightly left of centre in real terms" hahaha you're joking surely Lakeside. We have hard left - Corbyns Momentum et al We have Left - Blairites We have soft left/centre in May's Blue Blairites. There is, as Graham says, no Right Wing party of any note in UK. | wbecki |
