"5.7% annual yield"

That's nothing special in the current environment. Top FTSE 100 yielder is TW. Yielding over 10% on a PE of about 7.5 with HTB almost guaranteed to deliver the sales. If TW tanks, Lloyds most likely will to. If both are effectively votes on Brexit, which would you choose for income? For me it is a no-brainer.

Oh dear, it's winter. Not exactly biking weather. Never mind AZ209. Why not take a walk on the wild side and exercise your mind? Or is Sky sports and Netflix as far as you go?

Keep it simple.

UK never was a fully member and never adopted the euro thanks to Thatcher.
.
All other European countries has to follow orders who are made to suit the German and French.
.
One example to how and who is running Brussels..
See the latest about France and Italys buggeds
.
That explain a lot why euroland is falling apart and UK is an exeption !
.
Don't forget UK wanted out because Brussels wanted more powers over UK, migration was another big problem force by Brussels to UK.
.
BRUSSELS DOOM TO FALL BUT NOT BEFORE DESTROY EUROPEAN ECONOMIES.

What went wrong with your life then ?
Posting on ADVFN 7 days a week is not much reward for such a "high achiever" is it.

You do not need to understand these things.
No need to look under the bonnet or any need to know how a car engine works.

Keep it simple.
We have all been members of the EU. for 40 years.
Our economy has prospered by any measure.

I am a status quo type of person,
'if it ain't broke don't mend it.'

These ridiculous arguments of how much we have benefited from EU. membership are futile.
be sensible, why take the risk and change something that works.
