Yes maxk, and who are they going to send to their new EU offices....all their dead wood, on short term contracts, and keep the winners in the UK. Where would you rather be....in the UK on the cusp of a great future or stranded in an unsustainable, rioting EU that is falling apart?

RBS, Barclays, Natwest, JP Morgan Goldman Sucks, Unilever all wanting to move to EU......yawn, well fine let them move, we've heard nothing else since the referendum and they're still talking about it. What does that tell us. Do you really believe everything you see that's reported Alphorn?

Royal Bank of Scotland has ramped up its Brexit contingency plans, and is preparing to move a third of its investment bank clients and billions (£13bn per Guardian) worth of assets out of the UK to Amsterdam. Trading teams across Barclays, NatWest Markets and JP Morgan are also preparing by extending working hours and bringing in extra staff to deal with major market moves after parliament votes on Theresa May’s Brexit withdrawal deal next Tuesday.

It was also reported that Lloyds plans to move £9.75 from its investment bank client a/c offshore in its own preparation. ;)

There must be lots of behind the scenes plotting and politicking which the general public will not hear about for a while. So we await new developments and the verdict on the Withdrawal Agreement.

In the meantime, I wonder if the Prime Ministers actions could be construed as criminal? Deception and duplicitous behaviour are probably not crimes just the base side of politics. Withholding advice is merely ‘contempt̵7;. Ceding sovereignty and permanently granting power over the country to a continental bureaucracy though? If that is not actually criminal, then it ought to be.

Spot on Muckshifter. Trouble is shareholders have no meaningful say on the directors contracts/bonuses, so their noses can go as deep into the trough as they like!!!.

Daily, almost hourly, the news coming from Westminster and Downing Street gets harder and harder to believe. This idiot woman has no idea, no idea at all.

Europe is in real trouble with the anti-establishment mobs in France causing havoc and showing little sign of giving way.

Of course, a lot of French people are not impressed by the mobs, but with 21% youth unemployment its little surprise that discontent is spreading.

Never mind some companies saying that they're THINKING of moving to mainland Europe, and some saying that they're moving SOME staff over there, I certainly would steer clear of the place.
