donkeystone......I find it best to look at the TVR RNS issued on the last trading day of each month to get an accurate amount of shares still in issue at that point.

Continuing thanks for your buyback updates.
I'm a long term holder and look in now and again, much appreciated.
Feel a bit cheeky asking but any chance you could add one more line:-

Total share in issue is now:- xxxxxxx

I lose track of the buyback shares cancelled and new shares issued from time to time.

Thanks

Fark the fake Conservative party. Needs to be burned to the ground, destroyed.

Farage is the Clough of politics, he would upset too many applecarts in the Tory party just as Brian did with the members at Lancaster Gate.

p.s.
Farage writing today on the proposed smoking ban in pub gardens.
He is correct as he often is.

We electors just do not know how we can use his skills properly.
He should be in the Tory Party and to be given enough power to implement policy.
Nigel has a huge mandate.

Others only hold power because voters wished to get rid of the others.

If Farage is still an influence in 5 years time he will cut a deal with the Tories.
It will depend upon the polls,Reform may have faded away by then.
But then so may the Tories fade, but unlikely.

The control of the press is vital. I see Boris is part of the consortium to buy the Telegraph.
The Mail is a powerful Tory supporter.

The Tories are, and always have been a middle class and rich mans party, free market, small government.
They will never fade because they have such powerful backers.

I will not say anything about the Reform Party, they are a one man band.
When any other Reform member is on air they are embarrassing.
If Farage left they would fade away.

The 160,000 should have the power to select their MP, nothing more.

If elected he is representing all of his constituents, say 100,000, and could be part of a government voted in by millions.

The 160,000 members should have no further say in policy and should not have the right to de select on policy issues. As they did during Brexit.
Christopher Soames, Ken Clarke threatened with suspension.

The same with the momentum shower that controlled the Labour Party in the Corbyn.

not democratic to try to control policy in this way.

Just out from the Telegraph.

'According to Vladimir Putin, Britain is responsible for Russias failures throughout history, and sooner or later he will seek a terrible revenge'.

They the words of Ben Wallace, what a nutter.
The Tory party membership just love this crazy man and would make him leader.
Well done America for refusing him the post as head of NATO.

The real problem with the Tories is the power that the 160,000 party members have.

A good question.
We shall soon find out when everyone with anything realises they're being bent over for a shafting for the benefit of Labour's special interest groups.

Who are they?

Anyone but the British White Working Class.

If the masses are unhappy with budget are they entitled to launch petituons in every constituency to recall MPs and launch bi elections?

Yep concur with nearly all you scribbled.
Truss/Kwarteng could have managed things better (ie delivery) as their pro growth/stimulatory budget was what was needed. Not more slow to zero economic growth, shed loads of red tape, and continued Borrowing/MMT.

The "blob" aka Deep State however were determined to get their man in. And that wasnt Rishi, it was Two Tier Kier.

For what we are witnessing is the continued manoeuvres to this "NWO - One World Govt" by multiple govts worldwide.

One underpinned by Communist ideals.

LibLabCon needs to be destroyed.

Hard to understand all of the fuss over a so called black hole of £20bn.

HMG raise £1100 bn in taxes every year.
An extra £20bn or about 2% is not significant.
The total debt is £2721 bn.

Labour are merely demonstrating to the bond markets, and that is where the cash comes from, that they balance any extra spending with taxes.
It is the bond markets they fear. They decide the price of debt.

Interesting to see if he pulls it off.
He has his best chance at the start of being radical.
He should go for it, rake some cash in from the rich, an opportunity of a lifetime,

Starmer must go down on his knees and thank Farage and Reform for the great opportunity he has given to him.
I do not believe the Fargage was bunged to entice his loyal voters away from the Tories, but what Starmer could do is potentially radical.
He should take it, and be smart about where they take it from.

Labour in power for 8 weeks.
Parliament has not opened again after the summer.

How can the right wing press get you so worked up in so short a time?
Nothing much has happened yet.

and just so we dont need to wait until Oct to see the govts priorities.

The govt is not going to defend the legal challenge campaigners have brought to stop it developing the largest untapped oil and gas field in the north sea.

How many other countries on the planet would allow such a thing? I thought Two Tier Tool had been to Germany to see what barmy energy policies do to a place?

They also said they want to support the few pubs left open. A smoking ban outside will finish a lot. So which is - support for a struggling industry or dogma/ideology?
What do they mean outside the pub = a foot, a yard, a furlong, a mile, on a nearby hill or will pubs have to have a line drawn around em like a cricket boundary rope. Another barmy plan only deranged busybody politicians could come up with cos they cant do owt that really needs sorting.
