M2 what profits....stop posting nonsense..AstraZeneca will only take a profit when COVID-19 is not a pandemic, a decision it says will be based on the views of a range of independent bodies. When that moment comes, the university will receive royalties of 6% on AstraZeneca's vaccine sales

I'm sure there is lots of political point scoring going on driven by the fall out from Brexit. What you can be sure of is that if we were still part of the EU we would all be vaccinated at similar rates with a great deal more common sense and cooperative behaviour. All this nationalistic tripe has to stop because it is going to come back and hit us big time eventually on both sides. We will suffer the most though.

And now the EMA approve AZN for ALL age groups. Where does that leave Germany? As I argued yesterday, watch that space!

You could be right 1carus, it might even help them if they ditch the Wee Beastie over what begins to look like a stitch-up of Salmond. Lets hope for the sake of the ordinary Scots that common sense prevails.

The SNP will more than likely get many seats back at Holyrood later in the year, let's face it, they don't have a lot of competition right now. It will be seen as a green light for indy ref 2.
Unlike Brexit, Indy 1 ref was not even close. So I suspect even if there was Indy ref 2 the outcome would be the same. The SNP have even more complicated questions to answer this time around, and the answer to every question can't be oil revenues this time. Now the UK is out of the EU it clearly puts a a land border between England and Scotland, in the cold light of day that will be too much to stomach for most. Not to mention the 400K+ little Englanders that live up here, ironically, would sway the outcome.

"A conundrum"

There is no conundrum.

Once a clown, always a clown. Probably a disgruntled UK born employee who couldn't compete with the Euro boys.

Sorry Min, you are WRONG again.

When would the Scots be getting their vaccines then if they were part of the EU? Before the other 27 or after as one of the more recent to join? The EU would look after Scotland ok wouldn't they?

It’s always “so what”, isn’t it, Min?

You raise a challenge, you get beaten, then you say it doesn’t matter.

Typical snivelling coward.

Your most recent assessment was incorrect, also. You just have no idea.

This drop is the tip of the iceburg. Once people start to default on their mortgages due to mass unemployment, then we will see Lloyds at 20p
