The issue isn't whether Boris broke the COVID rules, the issue is whether it sends the right message to a country he is supposed to be in control of.

Agreed I was in spain and they were on top on it straightaway. 600 euro fine for disobeying the lockdown. Within 6 weeks they got the virus under control and reopened.
