Over two-thirds of the World sells to the EU on WTO terms - no 'trade deal', no demandsLast year 142 states sold the EU £1.2 trillion of goods, with no trade deal in sight?© Brexit Facts4EU.Org 2020Only 69 states had any kind of 'agreement' - only a handful traded in any meaningful volumeA new Brexit Facts4EU.Org analysis of the latest trade figures from the EU for last year (2019) has shown how well the World has been selling to the EU without needing any kind of trade deal.BREXIT FACTS4EU.ORG SUMMARY142 states globally sold goods to the EU last yearWithout a trade dealWithout being members of the Single Market and/or Customs UnionWithout giving up any of their territoryWithout giving up rights over their coastal watersWithout giving up legal supremacy or 'governance' to the ECJWithout paying vast subsidies to the EUWithout having to align their fiscal policy, industrial strategy, regional support, state aid or almost any other economic policy to that of the EUWithout tying their socio-political policies to those of the EUThese states are all sovereign, yet they all sell successfully to the EUHere are the top sellers into the EU last year, without any kind of trade deal?© Brexit Facts4EU.Org - click to enlargeWhat kind of 'agreements' do the other 69 states have with the EU?In producing the above information, Brexit Facts4EU.Org used the 2019 import data from the EU's own statistics agency, Eurostat. We then took the list of countries with whom the EU claims to have some sort of 'deal' affecting tariffs, and subtracted these. In doing this we were being generous to the EU. Some of these 'trade deals' are little more than agreements to cooperate on trade and are most certainly not 'Free Trade Agreements' of the type which the UK has been attempting to negotiate with the EU since the EU finally agreed to start talking in March of this year. We even included Japan, even though the EU's trade deal wasn't applied for the whole of 2019.Of the EU's 69 'trade deals', only 29 are "in force"40 of these agreements have only been "provisionally applied"The top three sellers into the EU's Single Market sold more than the EU's 69 'trade deal' countries put togetherOBSERVATIONSPizzas, posturing, and parlayingYesterday evening large numbers of pizzas were delivered to Whitehall, as the UK-EU trade talks continued into the night. In the absence of real news from the talks, at least this gave the media commentariat something to chew on.Above we have shown how most of the World sells successfully into the Single Market without any trade deal in sight. Indeed, the three biggest sellers into the EU account for €873 billion of sales between them. That's 27% more than the combined total of sales into the EU of all the 69 states with which the EU claims to have some form of trade deal. The Big Brexit Sell-Out is loomingOff-the-record sources are still telling us that Lord Frost and his team are 'holding firm'. We do not doubt this. However we are now at the stage where political calculations and compromises will be made – in the EU27 capitals and at No.10.Since before the EU Referendum Facts4EU.Org has stated clearly and publicly that the EU would never do a normal trade deal with the UK, for its extremist ideological reasons. We stand by this today. We expect a 'deal' of some sort will be announced in the coming days. We further expect this to be a sell-out.It could all have been so different...If we had been in charge after 24 June 2016, we would have offered the EU a very generous "zero tariffs" trade deal, with full and unfettered sovereignty for the United Kingdom as an independent country, and would have let them think on that while we prepared for a WTO terms exit.We continue to pressure the UK Government not to cave in. We continue to research and publish reassuring reports based on the EU's own data, debunking the Remainer myths and urging heads to be held high. The country was right in 2016 to vote to leave the European Union, and the subsequent hostility and bad faith from the EU since that time has shown just how right voters were. With our donations having fallen due to the Covid measures, we urgently need some generous readers to help to keep us going. Good call Maxidi.
Problem is he keeps sending my pm's littered with profanities, grammatical errors and occasionally, the odd death threat.

But you're correct. He's obviously a loser.

"Gecko..we know that the young aren't affected as badly as older people. But what part of the 'virus' 'spreader' 'carrier' don't you understand. The spread of this disease is caused by human beings of all ages from 1 to 100 years old"

Question for you.

If the elderly and vulnerable are vaccinated HOW will the young spread the disease to them? 95% efficacy don't forget.

"TO ERADICATE COVID, ALL HAVE TO BE VACCINATED"

Incorrect.
To eradicate Covid-19 only the elderly and vulnerable need to be vaccinated, the rest go for herd immunity which is what we should have done from the off. Lockdowns will result in mass economic hardship which will be far far worse for everyone that if we had been sensible.

Closing off all fights early from China as Trump did to much opprobrium from Pelosi should also have been done.

"Have a look at California after Thanksgiving, huge spike in cases, even your Trump voter mentality must allow you to see common sense"

Have a look at US per capita for starters Einstein...

Then consider just how many of these "cases" are real cases and not false positives. PCF tests are Cycle dependent. Over 30-35 cycles and the result is meaningless.

Then consider that the actual IFR in US is far lower than is thought because 100million Americans have actually been infected and not the current official numbers.

"30th November official figures - Cases: 13,142,998
x8 105,143,977 million

Deaths 256,166
CFR 1.95%
IFR 0.25% <------------------------------------O.25%

99% of people that catch Covid-19 survive it. And you think everyone should be vaccinated WHY?

Have a listen to Dr Campbell and educate yourself.

And for good measure.
"Positive Covid test- ask this question – Dr Chris Martensen"

p.s When did you start wearing a mask? And what type?

UK's food standards are the best in Europe if not the world. Too many brown paper envelopes for officials throughout europe. The EU make the rules and it is mainly the UK that follows them. Talking constantly about a level playing field makes me laugh, just look at state aid breaches for one. In terms of green issues the UK has unlimited wind and wave energy if we choose to harness it. We should be able to fine neighbouring countries for polluting our air, it's like passive smoking. ( OK I know we mainly get westerlies)

Struggling engineering firm BiFab has been put into administration after failing to secure any new contracts.

It comes despite the firm, which has plants in Fife and Lewis, receiving £52m from the Scottish government.

BiFab has hit back at Scottish government claims that the Canadian company with a majority stake in the Fife and Lewis fabrication yards failed to invest in them.

No need to vaccinate the young as they mostly get the mild cases, many do not even notice the symptoms

I'm not positive on Vodafone Port.
But that's because my I'm sitting on a loss on my current stake. Fortunately made out like a bandit when Vod sold off its Verizon stake so net/net am up overall.

Wish I hadn't bought back in.

Decent yield though I suppose. Not as good as prior.

Their customer service sucks balls though and I will never get another service with them.
