You know what, I reckon that I might have done the same as Cummings in those circumstances.

Luckily, the press don't know that I support the present Government, nor do they know that I support Brexit, so I won't be hounded - and that's what it's all about, ain't it?

So Clown Boris and his court jesters are asking schools to return and non-essential shops to open shortly. Meanwhile Somerset has had to close its hospital to new cases. I'm finding this very difficult to reconcile the two.

Obviously this government has already shown in less than half a year that it is completely incompetent and is happy to lie and goes out of its way to bury the truths. Just cannot understand why the Chancellor thought he belonged with this bunch of idiots. He should have waited for his chance, it will have come, rather than being dragged down by these muppets.

I suppose I shouldn't be lambasting Cummings because I've ignored government advice from day one. I have actually followed the science. I'm not saying I have like the government just to use it as an excuse when government policy (which isn't following the science) backfires.

Never has there been such a poor UK government and an ignorant UK public as there is now.

He probably didn't resign based on what the graunaid said, or what any leftie said imv, he simply weighed up the situation and didn't like it.

There is nothing anyone can do. Cummimgs and the tories are like marmite. They can just dig in. The press behaviour needs to be questioned here... whether you agree or not with cummings .. the press are only just falling short of encouraging the masses to break the lock down so they can place that blame on Cummings. On a scale of 1 to 10 much more dangerous than Cummings actions. Totally irresponsible reporting.
