We used online in early March for the first time and both Morrisons and Tesco have been very good. Slots can sometimes be hard to obtain but that's fair enough considering the demand. Ocado, Waitrose and Sainsbury currently not allowing us to register but one imagines they will catch up with themselves in due course.

At Morrisons we used the click and collect for the first time today. Worked very well.
On arrival we text that we had arrived and a pleasant young lady was there in the car park within 2 minutes with our shopping and even put it in the car. She started work at 5am and will finish when there's no more customers. Very commendable.

Mike StallardPosted April 19, 2020 at 8:08 am | PermalinkHooray! At last someone is targeting the right people! Magic Nawaz on LBC did it yesterday. The Qangos are the real targets, not the politicians. The mismanagement is staggering. I would love to go in for a piece of minor surgery, but I cannot even see my GP! As for dental treatment...A fair comparison would be Tescos where, yesterday at 7.50 p.m. a polite and smiling man brought our 8.00 p.m. delivery with all the right stuff and a correct bill. The store is organised. Tescos is our big unit here, but all the others – all the others – are working just as well.Shame on the people taking massive salaries for total incompetence!

inflate the figures to get the death rate back up where it was originally...and totally falsely ....projected to be.What was it? Ferguson predicts 500k then reduces it to 20 k then 5.7...so get the numbers up and I might keep my job!!

it is called

SELF JUSTIFICATION

mm2 - that looks wonderful. A local butcher prepares it in the next village.

The Italian one is quite tasty though but probably not healthy.

World will not be same after this pandemic. We need to be self sufficient or face the consequences. Even it means put up import barriers, restricting foreigners buying our companies at rock bottom prices. If Conservatives can not change course I will prefer one who does.

What is obvious is that confinement impacts health too.

No dance classes, no walking clubs etc does not improve muscle tone. Anyone who has had spinal surgery will know the length of time it takes to recover.

I guess that if the government took all the risk, more very iffy loans would get the nod.

mm2 - I don't know whether you have ever eaten the pure pork fat that is a delicacy in the Italian Alps and some Eastern European countries? All about energy I suppose.

I do like a nice piece of belly pork, however it's hit and miss with the cracklin the best bit, sometimes its like rubber, sometimes like leather, but now and again pure heaven.

Bob, I don't hear you shouting for an English parliament in the same way as you would if there were an English one but no Scotch one. Are you a bit biased in that respect?
