Gecko,

Major problem at the exchange apparently. No RNS feed this morning and many stocks not properly trading due to quoting issues. I've no idea what's going on.

Or an interest rate fall.
Both probably good for LGEN for different
(or the same) reasons...

Whatever the market excuse for rise or fall...

For those of us happy to buy and hold LGEN

We owe rbc a big vote of thanks

Takes away any chance of a sudden surge in the share price similar to the hatchet job done on PHNX

I am sticking with it and adding as and when more funds become available

Wasn’t expecting the downgrade if anything was expecting better results without the losses from the exit in the electric car and modular home divisions wasn’t that a£350 mill hit!

In three weeks we will get the Interim results and that 5% uplift to the dividend which in my calculation should equate to 6p per share.

A low share price at the time of a share buyback only makes the buyback more appealing imo.gla

That 3m purchase didn't do any good to the share price

They put a massive downgrade on a solid stock whilst the big 7 in the USA are on sky high ratings and extremely high risk in this political environment

MarkTime - have you any more detail on the PRT headwinds you mention in the RBC note? That's not what I'm seeing from an industry sector perspective, certainly....

This is my go to stock (has been) so I look upon the news the news from RBC today
as a relief .

Having said that this new chap is not covering himself or us in any glory.

Every cloud has a silver lining.

It means that any pressure to buy has gone.

I take the view that I can sit and wait for the share price to descend to a level I am comfortable buying at and I still have a few others that that I am happy to sell at Levels that suit my penchant ever mindful to keep long of cash in these nonsensical markets.
