Shares are repricing to reflect margin compression and slowing earnings growth outlook compounded by fears of a slowing US economy. No idea at what point this is fully priced in

I think there are macro impacts on this share as most seem to be suffering, certainly all mine are regardless of sector. The US debt issue seems to be the most urgent but the markets don't feel happy in general at the moment.
Makes this a good share to buy at low levels as when things improve it should rise fairly quickly I would hope.

Share price collapse rather confusing after recent CEO statement...a bit worrying as some large delayed trades observed over the last few days. Any sensible thoughts/comment?

Just had a sudden thought and that is that there is much concern over the US Debt ceiling issue with Republicans in Congress playing hard ball and Biden abroad with G7 meetings etc. for a few days is not helping.

Probably as confused as me I would expect.
If this doesn't pick up tomorrow then I'm going to double down on my holding. I was only looking for round £2.30 ish but it's worth well North of that £1.51 so if we start to see a sustained turnaround on the chart I may stick around for much longer. It's definitely one I could hold for some time given the potential.

Agreed 21ant. I wonder what the NED who bought at £1.51 in February is thinking of it ! Presumably expecting a return to at least that, which would be a good uplift.

Seriously considering topping up here. Current avg. 1.12 which isn’t bad but these prices are ridiculous!

Not sure I follow your EPS forecast, as I have seen some of the Brokers reports from the presentation this morning by the CEO, and they appear quite up-beat. Jonathan Satchell talked about the success of the US GP Strategies integration, and I saw the following quote, " Preloaded LTG's BAFTA winning games studio is also expected to join GP Strategies later in 2023 ....offering a unique brand within it's portfolio" I hope other posters will be more familiar with that move and value. Need to relax a bit and see how the share price stabilizes after these results.

Can you give some numbers to illustrate the point you are trying to make

EBIT growth % cut will be around 50% if you believe what they say in results.
With 13% cut in EPS for 2023 this takes it lower than 2022 (which they also missed today)

Was that a Brokers forecast as I see that the Board had an analysts meeting this morning at 9.00am, with some apparently large contracts in advanced stage I would be surprised at any EPS fall. The forward comments that they expected margins to improve...oh well, just have to see how things develop in the US. On refection I do think that the FED and others with influence will make sure that their economy retains some stability...political forces will also be at play to avoid a recession. The sector LTG is engaged in remains more favourable with good growth expectations going forward. Hopefully the Board may release details and timing of these new contracts in advanced negotiations.
