26/1/2023 14:26 | Also most of the revenue is long term and contracted which gives more strength in my opinion. | hazl
26/1/2023 14:24 | Cross selling is an opportunity . 'The Board expects Adjusted EBIT for 2022 to be not less than GBP100 million, ahead of consensus expectations(1) (2021: GBP54.8 million). This strong performance was delivered as a result of achieving targeted margin improvements at GP Strategies driven by our commercial transformation programme, in addition to encouraging organic growth. The Board is confident of delivering the next phase of the integration programme at GP Strategies in 2023. | hazl
26/1/2023 14:11 | Strong US dollar will have helped profitabilty, but also adds to debt level on conversion into sterling, so significant reduction in net debt in sterling terms is imo especially creditable. Cash generation a feature of Brode companies (RWS also very strong). Wish I had still had all those I bought at 14p! Always dyor. | partridge1948

26/1/2023 12:56 | Well there's plenty of scope to get back around ,or above, 200p. So a 50% gain in the offing over the next 12 months, say. | aimingupward2

26/1/2023 09:57 | Jonathan Satchell, Chief Executive of LTG, said: "2022 has been a transformational year for LTG, more than doubling the size of the Group through the addition of GP Strategies. This is a testament to the quality of our people and the momentum for our new offering. We delivered strong revenue growth and significant margin improvements in GP Strategies, as guided to earlier in the year, and look forward to further margin improvements and cross-selling opportunities in 2023. I was delighted with our continued strong cash generation and swift deleveraging which provides opportunities to use our balance sheet strength in 2023. | hazl

13/10/2022 22:10 | I think aimingupward2 must have missed the 2nd para of my post ("both companies have consistently performed or over-delivered"). I have every confidence that they will continue to do so, which is why I still hold and continue to build my stake. The slightly tongue-in-cheek first para was a reminder that markets, particularly in today's volatile world, are unlikely to reward 'targets' rather than results. | jeffian
13/10/2022 19:24 | It seemed clear to me at the capital market event this afternoon that the GPS acquisition has been an unbridled success. Who knows what lies ahead in the macro economic scene, but there appears to have been little overlap between the two entities and having boosted margins in their core consulting business the GPS team relish the cross selling opportunities into their high quality customer base. If latest targets announced today can be achieved - and track record is very good - then that should translate into eps of around 14p in 3 years time. Always dyor | partridge1948
13/10/2022 09:56 | Jeffian, I don’t think that actually achieving growth, rather than just having it as a target is “something else”. As the CEO says, “Since LTG joined AIM in 2013 it has set ambitious targets for revenues and adjusted EBIT and I am delighted they have been consistently achieved” | aimingupward2
13/10/2022 08:29 | Well it reads well but I can't help thinking there's a touch of Liz Truss there. Saying "We're going for growth" is one thing, achieving it is something else! (Having said that, in case JS is 'listening', LTG represents a significant part of my portfolio and I will continue to hold and add as appropriate. I came to this share via the Brode connection (RWS, also a large holding) and both companies have consistently performed or over-delivered in terms of profits, cash generation and dividends. These are the levers directly controlled by management; the share price is set by the market for all sorts of external reasons beyond their control. Keep those KPI's going in the right direction and the share price will surely follow over time. | jeffian
13/10/2022 08:10 | Pretty sure they had strategic targets for 2025, can't recall, or find as yet, what they were and whether this is an adjustment up or down. But still these numbers look impressive enough. | microscope

28/9/2022 14:55 | Just beginning to wonder if the dip below 100p today will prove to be the low point. | aimingupward2
28/9/2022 12:06 | @aimingupward2 Yes, the strength of the dollar will boost LTG - that's one of the few saving graces! As drsamwaa comments above, the macro stuff is just dominating everything at the moment. I will hold, but don't have the nerve to add ;-) | the runt
28/9/2022 11:50 | The Runt - strong results will, boosted in sterling terms by the strong dollar. | aimingupward2 |
