A reduction in share price by the market does not mean scam. Neither does a change in auditor. Investing in any company is all about risk, if on balance you think this is a good risk, then stay in and support the future growth. Stating scam based on no facts does nothing but damage.

It's because he is a troll and likes to talk down this share (whether for own financial gain, or just likes being an eejit). Laura Ashley is not a scam and it has huge potential upside, healthy balance sheet and good dividend income.

I am afraid the Market does not agree.

The RNS that told us about the acquisition of the Singapore office resulted in a fall in the share price Fromm 33p to 29p (recovered to 30p).
There was no real reason given for this move.

This also broke the uptrend.

The 3rd last RNS was about a change of auditor.

I have given management the benefit of the doubt, and continue to hold because I have a low average and a great dividend.
However, amm watching very closely.

Given the risk that has appeared, sub 25p is a reasonable share price

The divi must rise, to cover this risk.

If it goes over 9-10%, them it is in scam territory anyway, and no one will touch it.

Interestingly it seems Laura Ashley were already the sole tenant of the building since late last year.

From the sellers (Ho Bee) announcement:

"The Property with a net lettable area of 98,254 square feet is sold to the Purchaser who is a sole tenant under a tenancy agreement dated 12 December 2014"

This £31m property deal appears to have knocked off about £30m from market cap - overdone IMO. Funds still there to support 2p dividend (6.9% yield).
