08/5/2019 11:56 | Frighteningly quiet ! | hungary16
08/5/2019 11:20 | Are the directors actually awake? | glennrcharles
18/4/2019 13:31 | why ar'nt the directors buying at this low level though? i think they are all waiting for the share dilution. | akhtarjavaid
18/4/2019 13:29 | a big shareholder who has some beef with the directors? | akhtarjavaid
16/4/2019 09:39 | If only I was as confident at predicting the upside as opposed to the downside here. Given all the countless ultra bullish RNSs over so many years......what a professional misleading scam this has turned out to be. | lochlea
12/4/2019 09:30 | I think it was Mark Twain who said "a gold mine is a hole in the ground with a liar at the top " Something to bear in mind in the future , might go for some oil stocks too ! | kfp
12/4/2019 09:09 | There have been some institutional investors who have bailed over the years. Hence one of the reasons (of many) why this stock has now lost near 85% of value since it launched on AIM via TSX almost 15 years ago. The current institutional holders who have regularly pumped in money to keep this Company going over the years seem to me to be cash cows based in tax havens. Possibly using some sort of tax avoidance scheme or offsetting paper losses here against profits elsewhere. A win-win for them. | lochlea
12/4/2019 08:15 | thats a fair point but do the employees own the majority of the company? How about the other large investors who don't receieve renumeration and yet still plough in the money every year? | akhtarjavaid
11/4/2019 19:57 | Difference being they take a fair slug of money out of the Company coffers, in terms of generous remuneration packages granted to themselves for their time & trouble. Which adds up to a not inconsiderable sum in total after 15 years. And, which money arguably subsidises their own participation in fundraising exercises. | lochlea
11/4/2019 10:35 | it does'nt make sense to say they want to shaft the little players when we 'little' people own so few of the shares relatively. I think they are just trying to make a profit just like us...no nefarious plot to defraud small holdings . Even though Im frustrated too.But hey ho. Life is short . | akhtarjavaid
11/4/2019 08:33 | What's the betting that this is being manufactured down to nearer the halve penny mark? And there'll be a working capital fundraiser not too far away from 0.5p. Zillions of more shares then leading to a share consolidation - where/when PIs will be a tad shafted and those Big Boys running the show will see their % shareholding of entire company increase - ready for some sort of semi-departure? There should be a law against this type of activity imho. | lochlea
10/4/2019 10:44 | Very sad that there can be no recourse with AIM scenarios such as this. | hugus maximus
09/4/2019 18:10 | HM. I did the same as you,but had bought at 17p.I thought things could not get any worse, but they did seemingly endlessly.I have now reached the stage, where,I have had to accept that they are a write off, thanks to the BOD. | imperial3
09/4/2019 17:40 | Thanks hungary16 ... so the PEA did little to enthuse. I'm still trying to understand what the excitement was really about when the share price went up to my purchase price (18p) before dropping the next day? I know I was had, but so were guys with serious money who should of known better and invested huge sums. Since that memorable day, I've seen the price drop and drop ... year after year, and thought, "well it can't get any lower ... there's no point in selling out at this price!" I guess I've hung on with the thought that "the price of nickel may one day go back up ... and now there's certainly no point in selling" .... is there? | hugus maximus
09/4/2019 14:58 | I believe the strategy is to find a buyer or JV partner and / or raise money for more drilling. I can’t see them achieving either with the problem compounded by a record low share price. | hungary16
09/4/2019 14:14 | Flip ... what has happened to my £11k invested at 18p? Anyone have updated info as to Landore's latest strategy? | hugus maximus
05/4/2019 09:17 | No sign of the financing that they must do - will all be Brexit’s fault ! | hungary16
18/3/2019 09:58 | Signs are that yet more fundraising being organised. More dilution. ........why would anyone be selling in 250k+ chunks at this juncture if it wasn't to deliberately manufacture the share price lower (for cheaper Placement purposes)?? Company now worth 20% less than when PEA published. Grrrrrrrrrrrr, | lochlea
14/3/2019 08:39 | Let's hope so | perinok
13/3/2019 17:38 | Will come good this one, Good news for a long time without movement, seems to have been overlooked so could explode into action when noticed | oldbronze
07/3/2019 19:02 | Looks like £250,000 worth at 1p traded yesterday. Is there an overhang of stock? Assume someone acquiring?? Not like the MMs to be generous above the Bid (if they were sells). | lochlea
28/2/2019 18:23 | 1.5 million dump. Clearly someone doesn't think the future is bright.......... either that or wants to see the share price tank to help facilitate the next big Placement at as low a price as is possible. Same old, same old. | lochlea
26/2/2019 10:55 | Thanks STAN ... I thought as much! Isn't that fact some sort of indicator as to how much the BOD care about shareholders. What would it actually take for their website to have a simple email register? They clearly don't even pay a PR company anymore. It's very discouraging. | hugus maximus |
