Swings & roundabouts. They classify deposit/development as a "low cost, bulk tonnage, open pit operation".

It’s a low grade deposit for sure - that’s why the economics are even more critical !

I expect we will have 700,000 to 800,000 ounces after this drilling campaign , hopefully , with upside of +1 million ounces which is what the big boys will want to see ! Unfortunately , the capital of the company has blown out but I still expect a good outcome - of course , it all depends on one’s own entry price as to the ultimate outcome. The deposit is low grade so we need more ounces - just my opinion.

Talk of having to wait "another year" is nonsense. Any prospective takeover will most likely happen after the resource update numbers are confirmed (if exciting that is). Any prospective purchaser will not rely on any economic assessment LND carry out. They will want to do their own due diligence. Obviously if no approach is made to t/o or JV then LND will HAVE to take matters to the next stage ie produce an economic assessment.

akhtarjavaid ... i've been here for some time and not a huge fan of the way this has all panned out. However, not sure why you post such a bland sweeping statement that seems to infer you know something that many here clear don't!? Please do explain Many thanks HM

Remember there is a billion shares on issue - 12p is £120m market cap which I don’t see. They would need more ounces which means more drilling which means more money - raising money at such low prices just blows out the capital structure. Certainly hope your right !

I don't buy the 5p buyout. These guys have been ploughing in so much money for years that they need to increase their shareholdings massively at a much lower price to make it up. That HK investor who bought at 2p for 1 million shares. Do you think he ploughed that much money speculating on a mining share to maybe make 5p? They always knew there was something in those rocks its just been more longwinded than they even imagined. But to make for past money sunk , they needed a really low share price to buy back . I'm not a buyer or seller. Im a long suffering barnacle. Whether their plan pans out but i guess ) yes..its a guess) that it flies upto 12p but sell's out for 9p ....maybe another whole year though or 1.5 years.

Thanks hungary16 ... interesting calculations. One hopes that this won't continue on much further without a buyout.

I’m hoping for a buy out by a producer - what’s the going price ? Depending on the inferred / indicated split then maybe US$100 per ounce x 700,000 ounces = about 5p per share. Very rough numbers and a lot of other factors to take into account but that’s what I think it should be trading at come September ! If the Resource is 700,000 to 800,000 and a million ounces plus is a definite then we might get more ! All guesswork of course !

going by the Brancote valuation ( I have no clue really) but 3.5 miilion ounces at $300 GP for £160 million sellout = 9p for Landore ( GP £1200 700k ounces ) thats looks about right to me..as things atand now.

Drilling is still underway - results must be due any day. I understand other important technical work being done as well.

was waiting for another little drop but Last trade 1.69? big buy too. possible whispering or just shrewd speculation, if this price right could be a bit of a move soon. should be getting an update soon on results based on last news, Are they still drilling?

#Only# 9 or ten years for me ... bought £11k at 18p. Who knows when it's finally time to stop losing money ... dribble by dribble ... month by month?

Absolutely correct in my opinion. If patience counts for anything , we should be richly rewarded ! Year 2000 for me I think - I was in the prime of my life !!

Only scenario we can hope for now is a takeover/acquisition. Then shares get immediately suspended when RNS issued. And then start trading again at new share price to reflect Mkt Cap aligned to the agreed sale price when contracts exchanged. Even at today's valuation based on 400k ozs they have realistically a $2 billion net gold asset - save mine construction costs etc. If they can get the resource near 1m ozs then SURELY competitive offers have got to be flooding in? And don't forget most of it's life LND was a Nickel exploration company, and at an advanced stage with production plans only halted due to Nickel price nose diving for several years. But recently Nickel has made a recovery. Up 60% in last 12 months. They always boasted how much Nickel they had and how low cost a project it was. BUT if they have to continue raising finance......... we (the PI) are screwed for the time being.

What I meant was £32,000 is peanuts for a days trading in a normal liquid stock - of course , Landore is not normal. The issue of importance is the 2p warrants - they will want the share price above 2p so that they can be the next source of finance !

Over £32,000 isn't loose change either. And one assumes sold at a huge loss. This stock launched on AIM circa 7p and rose to 20p.
