Lochlea is spot on - they need to bite the bullet and appoint advisers to go and sell the project or the company. If not , it will be another financing , more drilling , more time and more uncertainty with gold price etc. If the project is as good as management say then it should sell - they can’t have it both ways. Regardless , they will no doubt need to raise some money for working capital which I suppose will be done at a penny !

Yes, unsurprisingly, he ducked answering that loaded question!!! Quite a competent performance he gave considering he claimed not that long ago that he didn't have the expertise to even be able to tell one rock from another. I really hope someone comes in with an offer to take us out. Not a JV. Got to be an absolute minimum sell value here of 5p and maybe 10p if we get lucky. Perhaps even 15p if there's more than one party interested when PEA published.

Interesting interview but sadly when pushed as to "how soon?" it might take to get to production ... the answer was flim flam ... "all options open" Given the fact that I bought into this so at 18p, and since which time, I've lost count of the placements come and go, still nothing seems to actually change ... do others think the scenario expressed in that interview suggests something has genuinely been achieved? (OR are we simply in for more of the same ad infinitum?)

For once, sounds genuinely promising........ especially IF the purported industry interest as stated by RP develops into something material. h(xx)ttps://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/stocktube/12106/landore-resources-confident-of-publishing-pea-on-its-bam-gold-project-this-month-12106.html Where's BH these days? He always gets quoted on RNSs but we never hear his voice on the many proactiveinvestors podcasts over past few years. Only that of a part-time Accountant.

With a billion shares on issue , any price rise will see relentless selling ! Not sure where the buying will come from either. Sorry to be negative but worn down after 13 years plus !

What do folk really make of this? I've been here for donkey's years and bought in at 18p ... before Christmas and after the last report, I once again thought this is in with a chance? Surely this can't simply continue paying directors wages? Does anyone have a realistic angle on things here?

Achieved absolutely nothing so far ! Gold price on the up , 900,000 ounces in the ground , market cap of £10m ! Don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out where the problem lies !

After all these years I just wish their investor PR activity extended beyond the now stale use of Proactive Investors. Guess it'll do no harm making yet another presentation via their forums. But does it actually ever achieve anything?

Presumably our BOD are staying awake for any carrier pigeons? It does seem that the market believes this to be a sleeping stock.

I hope so or a medium / large North American producer ! Maybe the low grade is an issue - I don’t know. Management move at snails pace !

Clearly not. H&P would be duty bound to inform us shareholders if there had been any registered show of interest.

Funding options , in my humble opinion , are : - equity raising at , I’m guessing , 1p. £2 million equals another 200 million shares to be issued. ie more dilution. - strategic investor. Same result as above - would still mean more dilution. - joint venture partner - ie sell a % of the project. Being a long suffering shareholder , I would like to see the company or project sold outright ! My target price is a miserable 3p minimum !

951,000 ounces of gold and a market capitalisation of £11m - what could the problem be ? I wonder !

Erm... do those of us that sold out of PGD and kept hold of LND need to feel particularly stupid?
