.......... I still think we'll wake up one morning in the not too distant future to find this stock temporarily suspended.

1) Look at typical annual Co expenditure over past 10 years. Circa £2.5m pa.
2) Look at drilling budget for drilling recommended from Tech Report. Circa £3.8m.
3) Look at funds raised over past 6 months (£0.6m) and what they have been largely used for. Not for drilling.
4) Look at age of BH - 80 next birthday.
5) Look at length of time been exploring in Canada - 20+ years pre & post being listed on AIM.
6) Do they carry on solo and continue to dig or is it possible they are currently in discussions to sell.

Just my personal take from the latest RNS - it's the latter.

Today's RNS surely got to be a strong indicator of immediate Co strategy.

End game in sight.

Don't think any prospective purchaser carrying out due diligence could have done much more in-depth research than this whopping 300+ page report. Maybe a bit of added risk analysis variation, but that's all.

Hope BAM isn't going to become a JV project - but it obviously can't be ruled out. Be gobsmacked if BH & Co carry on as is.

West coast?? Not been there (West coast or Scotland) in over 40 years - so wouldn't know!!

Yes, am keeping safe & well thank you. Not quite in the 'at risk' age group. Although it does concern me that BH is (and some!!). And being resident in Italy doesn't ease my concern!!

I reckon this has got the hallmarks of being in informal process of being sold to an already interested party. Why would the FD buy on the open market over past few days IF there was soon going to be fundraising for the CAD 6.5 million? And no planned time scales mentioned (that I could see) ref the drilling prog.

How are things on the west coast my friend, hope you're keeping safe at your age

With CAD 6.5 million needed to fund identified 2020 drilling prog/exploration - let's hope that's going to be down to another party to take on.

I expect LND's famous PR machine will be in action this morning.
Probably something from Proactiveinvestors to look forward to.

Let's hope someone soon steps in to take us out.

Do we have to read through all those pages to find the good or bad news?

It's certainly a strong indicator that they're now looking at some form of major corporate deal. And not continuing to go solo to dig more holes in the ground.

Let's assume GF has been brought on board for his M&A expertise.
We certainly don't need another accountant.
He didn't contribute much with PGD but let's not be too judgemental.
Sounds promising.

Almost tempted to put a positive spin on this latest fundraising.
Not a lot you can do with that relatively small amount raised (£225k) for any great length of time (especially when compared to circa £3m raised in past with individual Subs/Placement).

MAYBE there is something going on/ being negotiated in the background. Let's hope so.
