It seems to me that someone is taking a stake at an agreed price but I could be totally wrong

As far as I'm aware the size of their investment is not yet known.
I think a lot of the trades were buys. A friend bought a decent amount at 1.1p printed as a sell.
Lot of buy trades after 3pm....is this to do with a late buyer or a non UK buyer who knows.
I've no idea of future prices but I'd be disappointed with less than 5 to 6p at this moment.
But if we prove up say another 300k to 400k ounces, increasing the resource by 30 to 40% combined with a gold price increase in the region of 500$ since the start of BAM then surely that would effect the final price. In a good way.

LJ Thank you for this revised calculation. Very interested to know what you make of the bottom line and how much is a share worth? Like you, I believe that an eminent investor would not have bothered with such a large amount of investment. Also, why the selling today in your opinion? Hardly a pop. Thx

...and we've attracted an EGI....never had that before in here. Trades last few weeks have eclipsed the last few years....interest is building and gold price increasing. That's why I think it's going to pop. Apologies if totally wrong or barking up the wrong tree. Just my opinion.

While waiting for lift off I note the following posted by Chriss recently....Basically article written 2019 and quotes average buy out price of gold in the ground is 62 bucks over last 4 years....(based on how many buyouts I don't know). So...gold was 1100 ish an ounce in 2015 and 1500 and ounce in 2019 when article written. This gives an average of say 1350 an ounce and the average buyout was 62 an ounce in the ground. We are now at 1800 an ounce and tipped to go higher. So at 1800 that's 450 an ounce higher. Bear with me...450 to 500 an ounce higher.....pure profit.....that has got to effect the 62 ounce in the ground price. The resource in the ground price ...MUST....be higher by a percentage of the 450 to 500 an ounce increase. Say it's 100...that would potentially make the ounce in the ground now at the 150 mark.....and rising! To me this is huge....the resource is increasing exponentially ...the in the ground price.

Thank you IJ. Good luck, as gold continues to strengthen amidst worldwide tension/inflation and with the Em Inv identity shining through. Hope this gives LND more exposure.
