It's corrupt. Some regulatory body should investigate this type of goings on. See if the seller is connected to either the Company or in any form to the forthcoming Placement.
It happens too often here to be a sheer coincidence.

It's pretty much a pre-requisite that H&P simply HAVE to contribute to any fundraising exercise. But what they put in against what they take out of the Company think you'll find there's a big surplus in their favour. Their holding as a % of total increases too year-on-year since 2006 ....... funny that???!!! Not to forget all the Options they keep on granting themselves in lieu.

Any longstanding PI has been royally & professionally shafted here imho. Some might just about get their original investment back over next 2-3 years. Not much else.

The share price just keeps falling and falling.Throughout the years this has been a complete disaster for private investors.For me,this is no better than a write off.

A new low - 1.25p ! Warrants exercisable at 2p were a potential source of funding for the company - no chance now !

This continues to proceed at a snails pace...... year after year after year........ whilst H&P pick up their generous remuneration for doing so. It's almost as if they don't want an end game.

Came across my Lamaune Iron securities recently dated WAY back in 2011. What an expensive & pointless strategy move that's turned out to be. Let's hope they don't make the same balls-up with LND that they did with PGD.

No doubt there'll be soon more dilution to pay for H&P's remuneration for another period of time. Manipulation of the share price lower soon to facilitate yet another Placement? Lost count of how many there's been since 2006. I guess that's AIM for you. Must be fair percent of longstanding shareholders sitting on huge paper losses on this stock. Going back to 2006.

I’ve heard the resource will be close to 1 million ounces by December - supposedly the majors need more ounces ! Cenkos need to get the share price over 2p so that warrants will be exercised thereby avoiding another capital raising !

As I have repeatedly said , they need a sale / JV otherwise I think it’s the end of the road soon ! I can’t see them being able to raise any decent money unless Cenkos is willing to support it !
