As a shareholder since 2008, for many years Landore used to send RNS notes to my email. Aside from monitoring various BB's does anyone get news updates from Landore as announcements are made? (Or know how to?)

I'm not a full timer here and my day job means that if anything should actually pop, I'll probably find out a few days after the event.

Many thanks in anticipation of someone having an idea how as to why we no longer get RNS notes.

who needs to desperately sell right now so much so that the price is depressing ?
Just this moment ? After such great news? At a loss? Unfathomable. Unless its the people who invested $40 million to get a $70 million company who want to have it all for 1p a share.
The concerted effort to keep this down is working. I think we will have a huge dilution and its not selling to anyone but going to production . Those who invested $40 million want the whole cake.

In fairness the MMs put the price up at Open. But no buys only sells in 1st hour of trading. House Broker must still be in bed asleep. Hard to have a re-rating if there's no buyers of the stock about.

Let's hope so....... otherwise it'll be another round of fundraising, share dilution & probable consolidation given how many are currently in circulation.

......... and what happened to the re-rating the House Broker was apparently promoting when PEA published???

It’s a great result - given the zero promotion , I expect the share price will do nothing but at least some of the larger producers may take notice !

3p would be a miracle but hope you are right ! Concern is that with a billion shares on issue there will be heavy selling ! Of course , if Cenkos get properly behind the company then maybe we could get 3p !

Your circa figures look about right to me. Although of course LND was listed on the TSX before AIM. So, looking at a IRR then £50m looks a more realistic figure to work from.

The directors plus their 'associates' own way too much of the Co and voting rights for there to be even the remotest chance of voting them off. More chance of winning the Lotto jackpot every week this year than them being voted out.
