The upward trend channel which commenced in late 2009, when viewed on a monthly data basis, shows that the upper resistance line is presently at around 260, so there is still some way to go I venture to suggest. CH

Still far too cheap IMO - 240p would be a yield of 5%. Management have stated significant improvement in the second half and it looks like the market is slowly starting to believe it. I am hoping for 300p over the next 12-18 months.

In my view the chart, using intra day highs and lows, is presently exhibiting a flat topped triangle pattern with buyers beginning to get the upper hand. Breakout when it comes will be sharp. CH.

Chart looking increasingly strong. Bought in further yesterday anticipating a strong move upwards.

Apple has officially announced that September 10th will be the date it launches its much anticipated new iPhone 5s.

Churchtower I would not pay very much attention to the Buy/Sell thing on Advfn it is at best a guess by a computer, besides that is not what moves prices if you think about it every time someone sells there must be someone buying and everytime someone buys there must be somebody else selling, what moves the market price is not buyers/sellers but what each buyer/seller thinks the share is worth. I have probably not explained that very well. Best of luck, Wert.

This morning UBS raises to BUY from neutral and raises price target to 255p from 210p.

Yesterday, if one is to take any notice of ADVFN volume of trading, we had 956570 shares bought and 216140 sold. Apart from perhaps there still being a large seller about or a secretive buyer not wishing to buy at higher prices can anyone kindly explain why the share price went down slightly when trying to make some sense of this and the activities/intentions of the market makers involved ? CH.
