Some very shrewd buying yesterday......perish the thought that was any leaks / insider trading!!!

Potentially quite significant news so would expect further buying, although maybe some of the "shrewd" buyers will move on to their next venture......

Kr01 ,he was also mad keen on IDE today the IC have rated it as a sell ,look on the bango site at his posts this is going down and down sell sell sell ,and what’s happened it’s gone up up up ,he hasn’t a clue ,he needs to be squashed ,

hmmmm looks like you failed your homework Chimers. Let me replay what happened for everyone.... (as Chimers) - I'm an ABSOLUTE TWONK and i think the microcap fund holds ALL of the shares. The microcap fund has a NAV of £74.6m but I know that the fund holds ALL 55m shares so let's call that £12m. Being the GENIUS that I am, that means it is 16% of THE TOTAL FUND. Oh wait, I said it was 3% earlier as stated on their website... Oh no everyone will think I'm an UTTER TOOL BAG etc etc.

hahaha this is dynamite! Care to tell me what the total net assets of the Microcap fund is - How many shares of KMK you think this fund holds - The value of those shares and whether that equals 3% of the fund?

They are all held in the Microcap fund.

They account for more than 3% of that fund.

OK well that's simply not true. They are not all held in the micro-cap fund - the micro-cap portfolio is a trust not a fund for starters. Big difference!
The majority are held in the multi-cap fund which if that did see large scale redemptions then yes further selling pressure here. However, KMK is not in the top 20 holdings so cash can be raised selling more liquid stocks up to a point.

Fact is there's been no evidence of selling from the other funds, only from UK Smaller Companies which only has ~3m shs left.

I also don't agree with Gervais having bad luck. He has bought some absolute filth and shown poor judgement - time will tell if this is another example.

Nice to read something sensible for a change! Why would you trash the price when you still own 55m, G has reduced his holding in a disciplined way. Mifid 2 has made dealing in companies of this size much tougher.

MITON are DUMPING the lot!!

They are no longer Miton.

This is non-core and not part of their new plans it is am embarrassment on the books that needs tidied up.
They are all held in the micro-cap fund but not for much longer.
The fund is a disaster and is currently down just under 22%
It will be cleaned up.
They will drip them out when there are enough mugs buying them like today for example.

As for "luck" I never use it...neither does Gervaise apart from his BAD LUCK.
He chose them.

Yes well done Chimers. Miton have 55m shs as per the RNS.

Maybe you can try using your mighty brain to tell us all how many shares they hold in each portfolio -- which of those portfolios are open ended funds -- which open ended fund is experiencing aggressive redemptions -- how many shares are left in that portfolio -- how many shares Miton have sold in the other portfolios.

Hope you find help for whatever trauma you have experienced which has resulted in you being the way you are. Best of luck
