2 huge trades reported after the bell - one for 2m @ 10.9 the other for 2.186m @ 10.95

Good to see volume going through as we wait for seller to clear.

If something like sng-01 gets approval for use then maybe the ventilator sales will become redundant

Other avenues still open. I need to look at what else they have. Definitely forgotten with so many companies in the Covid field

Typically, within an hour of the post above, the available quantity increased to 250k again, falling to 100k by the close. Buys and sells pretty evenly matched through the day and the share price firmed slightly to around 10.73-10.91 late afternoon, judging by the trades.

Have been gradually accumulating a position on this drop and am watching available limits closely - waiting for supply to dry up.

There's been some decent buying at this level this last week but it's clear a background seller remains. Since it's now at the March lows again, hopefully this will prove a support area for a recovery.

There were up to 250k shares available to buy recently but this is currently down to 35k and has been dropping throughout today. Spread very tight @ 10.71-10.82.

The sound of silence is disconcerting but easily explained with c-19 reporting changes. There will most likely be another fund raise but not before the share price is spiked again with formal news of successful US dockside trials and installations, new product launches etc.As a trading proposition the chart points the way at how rapidly the share price will move on RNS puff pieces imo dyor ofc.

Thanks for conceding that the regulatory guidance may explain the reporting delay, that you lost a 250% short position on DLAR against me recently, and that you are the individual down ticking my posts. Goodbye :)

Lol. Our prize plonker QP is making the most of his premium membership and ticking down each of my posts. He is still in pain after losing 250% on a DLAR short position against me. :)))

One odd thing though - if a raise was imminent, miton would presumably know about it and be unable to trade. Yet they appear to have reduced their position recently.

Susie - fwiw I suspect the price movement combined with no news on ventilator sales may indicate a cash raise is imminent. But I agree - the timing of results on its own tells us little. ATB.

These are the dates when Kromek have released their FINAL RESULTS in the previous FIVE YEARS.

27/6/19
2/7/18
28/6/17
19/7/16
30/7/15

For the last FIVE YEARS Kromek have always issued results in late June or July.

This year, we are now mid-SEPTEMBER and still no FINAL RESULTS .

This is now already MORE THAN TWO MONTHS LATER THAN NORMAL. -

Nor any explanation why results are so much delayed and so much later than normal.

I know what I think.

oh dear.

ALL IMO. DYOR.

Because there is this thing called cv19 which is causing reporting delays, so the regulator has increased the time available for companies to issue accounts. Many companies are making use of it. It's quite relevant really :)

Thank you for conceding that the regulator both expects and allows companies to delay financial reporting in light of cv19. This is evidently relevant to understanding why a company may report later this year than in previous years, yet is entirely missing from your previous posts. No thanks or apology necessary :)
