23/5/2017 17:56 | So, are we saying that one of the top management teams who took ASOS to untold riches have suddenly become incompetent fools? No institutional selling and the company raises a small amount of money, which everyone knew about. If you can't take the volatility, have a look at one of my other stock, Knos. It goes up a little each week but should suit you guys. | irishlass2
23/5/2017 17:32 | I've kept an eye on KOOV since I came out of it some time ago . Unfortunately it is not looking hopeful . There is a big cash burn when they are running back to the market for more more money. Sorry for all the people on here who have been genuinely enthusiastic about KOOV and hopefully a lot of you have got a good slice of your money out by now. I keep thinking about that phrase, never fall in love with a share. Good luck to current holders. | dgbell7
23/5/2017 16:30 | Harebridge, were there days when you were disappointed with the ASOS share price? Nothing has actually happened. Many moons ago, Koov said they would need to raise more funds. They have now confirmed what we already knew. I am happy to sit and wait. | irishlass2
23/5/2017 16:29 | James- yes that was the case before I realised what a bunch of buffoons this lot were. The only thing now preventing massive dilution & a collapse of the share price would be a placing at a premium, say 50p where the directors heavily invest together with active investors like Boohoo or ASOS, or a quick fire sale to Myntra, Amazon or anybody else who knows how to run a company. | harebridge
23/5/2017 15:34 | I wonder how their Capital Markets Day went? A bit like Dragons Den, where this shower would be laughed out of the studio. Why should previous Institutions invest here, after already being down 30%Waheed Alli, Mary Turner, Robert Bready & Robert Pursell have mismanaged this company & cost shareholders a lot of money. A quick fire sale is hopefully on the cards. | harebridge

23/5/2017 12:22 | Wtf is going on? Surely these are dead cheap here! The market is aware that Lord Waheed has a majority of his stock in the company at the level we are now at (37) If I hadn't already filled my basket at 50p I would be buying at this level. The market needs to remember that there is no fundamental reason for the decline. With an illiquid stock like this all it takes is a few investors to sell for the price to move, likewise we will bounce back up just as quick when the market realises how cheap these are! | avifx
23/5/2017 10:18 | Looks like the price will be walked down to the placing price then. How convinient! My mind set is that I will only ever recover 50% of what I invested which I accept. What I can't accept is what looks like blatant leaks. Those in the know probably got out early. As always no one can prove this and nothing will happen | ckafetz
23/5/2017 00:01 | James - good question. Suggest work out the historic cash burn per annum.... and then when you know how much they will raise this time around, you also know how long that money is likely to last. Increases in revenue only become important when margins achieved help to offset costs. One thing that I think investors would really like to hear is for KOOV to advise they are cutting costs - no sign of this though. | melody9999
22/5/2017 17:28 | Definetley a bit fishy that's for sure. But as usual we lose out | ckafetz
22/5/2017 16:24 | Remember when the share price was 70 odd pence. Was walked down to 60p then placing at 50p.Never recovered. Now walked down to 30 odd pence.I have stated before that this company needs to be run properly.A swift buyout by one of the big guns will be most welcome. | harebridge
22/5/2017 16:09 | Info must have been leaked for price to go from 56p to 40p before the announcement of capital raising!! Slightly suspicious!! No doubt the placing price will miraculously be around the figure it has settled. | ckafetz
22/5/2017 15:50 | You're not expecting them to announce this 15m will be enough to bring them to profitability then hare? | bad gateway
