16/5/2017 20:01 | Koovs have enough money until the end of the year.Chairman & largest shareholder Lord Waheed Alli has stated he will not borrow too early, as that would be expensive. | harebridge
16/5/2017 18:43 | melody you have hit the nail on the head.....with statements that they need to raise further equity, why would the market keep the share price up there? | qs99
16/5/2017 18:34 | So they've used the RNS to slip in about capital raising....not that we didn't know it would happen at some point | ckafetz
16/5/2017 17:32 | dennis - agreed. its a vicious circle. the problem is that raising capital leads to dilution. so the market anticipates that and sells off - but that means more shares have to be issued to raise the same amount. more dilution etc etc. IMV the only way to play that is to wait until the capital raise, see if that capital will support the company and then buy in at close to the placing price. I bought in at 25p and sold out at 50+ p on the last placing - I may get the chance to repeat that exercise. | melody9999
16/5/2017 16:41 | Wrong board unc ;-) | dennisbergkamp
16/5/2017 16:40 | Well that'll basically make it fall further tomorrow... I'll average down at some point. | dennisbergkamp

16/5/2017 16:05 | Some good news, borrowed from elsewhere. It's up to you if you believe CFO Robert Pursell.Very hard to keep faith with this company...but will hold on and really hope for a quick turn around. Just got off the phone with Rob Pursell (had left a voice mail earlier when I called KOOVs) and he reiterated the message previously posted by putneylad66 on Friday that they don't know what's driving down the price. He added that the trades have been by individual investors and the broker (Peel Hunt) has confirmed the fall is not due to any institutional investor activity... Locked in as currently looking at a huge paper loss at this price... | harebridge
16/5/2017 14:11 | Well some holder called HTmedia reduced not long ago, so wonder if they are clearing more out(but why). | nick rubens
16/5/2017 13:50 | I bought some more at 40p but wish I had waited. Happy to buy even more if I could work out the bottom. Ieuan in Switzerland, don't sell. | irishlass2
16/5/2017 13:47 | The share price is still in absolute free fall. The Micky Mouse management need to release a statement or suspend the share. Management sitting with their heads in the sand! | harebridge
16/5/2017 13:30 | They've got enough money until the end of the year.I believe an Institution is dumping & wants out. | harebridge
16/5/2017 13:19 | How long before a placing is due for those following this? cheers NR Losses are forecast for the two years ahead, so it's going to need money I presume, unless someone bigger took it on in a takeover, but how likely is that at the moment? | nick rubens
16/5/2017 13:05 | agree Harebridge and continue to watch. Market does not need to hear about 'window dressing' just revenue and profits. Could another fundraising be close? needs something to put a bottom line under the share price falls otherwise will be back at 25p. | melody9999
16/5/2017 11:16 | EDIT: price now in free fall & the company remains silent as share price more than halves from just a few months ago. Can't sell, but can buy below 40p.Well done Lord Waheed Alli, Mary Turner, Robert Bready & Robert Pursell for providing zilch shareholder value here! You all talk the talk but can't walk the walk.I've said it before- time one of the big guns takes this out. | harebridge
16/5/2017 09:04 | Could this be the reason of recent fall? Because of another companies demise? hxxp://www.livemint. | ckafetz
15/5/2017 17:37 | Vogue IndiaHow to dress like a princess, courtesy Koovs x Daniella HelayelRemember when Kate Middleton stepped out in a slinky sapphire blue wrap dress that matched her brilliant blue ring, to announce her engagement to Prince William in 2010? The designer behind the Duchess of Cambridge's outfit choice for the big announcement was Brazilian-born Daniella Helayel. A favourite with the Middleton sisters, Daniella Helayel's name is one of the names that have come up while contemplating which designer's creation will Pippa Middleton wear on wedding day on May 20. Apart from the sisters, the designer has also dressed the likes of Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Keira Knightley and Scarlett Johannson, among others. | harebridge |
