Thank you for your email and obviously, as you are, I am not happy about the 7% reduction in the share price. I do not know of any reason why it would have moved so sharply today but given the volatility of our share price I do not think we can start to do RNS releases for this level of movement. The previous price movement announcement we did when the price spiked was at the request of AIM and for a far bigger move.



The current trading today accounts for only 0.2% of our issued share capital and our 52-week low price is 25p, so may well be someone taking profits from a previous trade. I still believe we offer a very good long term opportunity to invest in the growth of ecommerce in the Indian ecommerce market.

Looks like they have a ton of shares from somewhere. The price is 40/41 and I can buy at 40.19.

Any chartists with a view on this? I am wondering whether to buy more or wait till the placing or whatever has caused the drop.

Harebridge - do you think the share price is taking a hit due to lack of updates? I know that there is someone who is dumping large amounts which holds the share price back. My thought is that Koovs stated 2017 is game time so maybe a trading update or some results may push it up hoping they are positive and showing less of a loss if that makes sense

Chairman Lord Waheed Alli is the largest shareholder here with about 38 million shares- I doubt if he'd want a low placing. He's taken a massive hit over the last few months.....

The company need to make a statement now. HT Media started the rot with their dumping on the open market & are probably still dumping, just not crossed a threshold yet.If things are ok, directors need to purchase some stock.....

Harebridge, I have no concerns regarding the company. Was just trying to explain my views on stocks like these. Looks like I jinxed the share with my comment!

Mk & Ck, express your concerns to the company- they reply back pretty quick (company secretariat).They have improved the PR with the non reg rns's but unfortunately many investors have had enough of waffle, blah blah etc.The current 3 month trading update will be the most important post demonetisation, when Amazon etc were offloading excess stock at 90% discount.There is no doubt a very large seller about & has been since November.I suspect it is someone from the 25p placing that is dumping on the open market, destroying the share price.

I bought in at 52p so taking a pounding too here. Nature of these type of shares in my opinion is that you either lose it all or double up plus. I haven't got a clue which way this will go but am prepared for the worst whilst hoping for the best. Not too sure what the board could say either at this time. Just want them to get on with their job and make me money. I don't mind the silence as long as when they do report its good news

I normally sit in the background on here but am growing concerned by the continuing drop in price. Even those that bought in at the last fundraising are well under water now and I'm a lot further down than them! Its interesting and perhaps telling that there are no messages from the board on the price drop just lots of releases on marketing initiatives. I for one would welcome a change in tact from the board and some improved communication to us investors.....
