There is a 62 page annual report on their corporate website.
What I did find very interesting on page 20 was the remuneration package for directors.

CEO Mary Turner has voluntarily waived £200,000 of her £250,000 package.

Lord Waheed Alli voluntarily waived his whole salary.

Robert Bready voluntarily waived £100,000 of his salary.

Anant Nahata voluntarily waived 50% of his salary.

It looks like the ex ASOS management are truly dedicated to Koovs succeeding!

There's no stopping India's online fashion boom

The growth of online fashion sites is backed by strong smartphone penetration, improved logistics infrastructure, easy payment gateways, and above all, digitally enthusiastic online shoppers.

In a country where 64 percent of the total population falls in the working age group [It is also this age group that is fashion conscious, looking for a good mix of ethnic and corporate dressing] and at the same time, uses the mobile and the internet to make purchases, the fashion etailers are playing their cards right.

Koovs -
i don't think it'll take much for Mcap to pass through the £1 billion mark once things really start hotting up, which they will sooner or later. And with considerably fewer shares in issue than Boohoo, even with further placings shares in issue is still likely to remain considerably less than Boohoo, so i do think share price potential here is greater than that of Boohoo over the long term. I think it's a case of stock up now while the share price is cheap (and Mcap is miniscule) and hopefully we'll see a Boohoo style rise upto £5 to £10+ over the coming 1-3 years or so (Mcap £1b to £2b+)

A great post from elsewhereKoovsThey could raise the price they sell their goods anytime they want, or simply have less offers or give less away per offer, all of which could see then make a profit on every sale. The downside of that being less offers and more expensive goods would draw in less customers, leading to less sales, leading to slower growth. If rapid growth and expansion is a high priority for the company, if really wowing the customer with great products at a fantastic price with amazing offers is a high priority for the company.... then provided the BoD are confident the company can achieve it's ambitions by taking a short term hit on their profit margins i think it all makes perfect sense. Considering Boohoo's meteoric rise i would imagine thier model is very similar - the only way to draw in lots of customers and fuel rapid growth and expansion... is great products, great offers & great prices. And that involves taking a short term hit on margins (it's unavoidable) and it's the same rule that applies to all new, high growth, ambitious companies whether you're Koovs, Boohoo, ASOS or anyone else.

Taken from elsewhere - Koovs
Koovs has a £63 million mcap currently which is comparatively tiny Boohoo has a mcap currently of £2.79 billion ASOS currently £5.07 billion mcap Based on 175m shares in issue, a £10 share price would see an mcap of around £1.75 billion £5 to £10+ is definitely possible within a few years imo

" If you took the time to contact the company, you would be buying more like I have."Well said. Those who've bothered to speak to the company and/ or Peel Hunt will fully understand what is going on here.If you think the ex ASOS management can replicate ASOS in a much more humungous emerging market, then join the party- otherwise move on.

Following chart down trend imo. Opportunity to top up on each low. Expect funding to be around 30p mark.

Don't forget to also mention that one is a start up and the other isn't. Koov have said they will need funding in the future but, as they haven't made any rns yet, it would suggest they currently have enough money for the near future. If you took the time to contact the company, you would be buying more like I have.

BOOHOO V KOOVS ."Is there any relationship between the two companies"? Well, one increases sales and increases profits, has a plan to allow for increasing sales in many territories and is very transparent, The other apparently increases sales (although won't tell investors what the net of taxes turnover is) at the same time as increasing losses. One looks like it is shooting for the moon, the other could very well disappear without trace after probably seeking additional funds

Nicely in profit on my latest purchase. This is probably caused by yesterday's BOO news. Hopefully, some of the money is going to be invested here.
