13/6/2017 12:03 | THE NEXT WOOLWORTHS PERHAPS | the monkster
13/6/2017 10:50 | someone change the header. this plainly is not the next ASOS lol | rackers1
13/6/2017 10:37 | I think the problem is that they announced that they would need more money but didn't give a timeframe. However, we seem to be having a good day today, even if it's only a couple of pence. | irishlass2
13/6/2017 08:32 | My guess is that KOOV will wait to see if the July trading statement helps a share price recovery at which point they will announce another placing. But a placing at a premium to the SP? Guess it depends when the placing price is agreed. If everyone thought that a placing was imminent and that it would be at a premium, why are they not buying into the stock now? | melody9999
12/6/2017 18:56 | lets hope he buys stock in the open market or buys out koovs for 55p a share and we can all invest into boohoo and see a profit lol | jackson83
12/6/2017 18:50 | He can afford to buy the whole of Koovs with that :-) | ckafetz
12/6/2017 18:45 | A very small glimmer of hope here"Mahmud Kamani, Joint Chief Executive Officer, has sold 11,252,502 Ordinary shares of Boohoo LON:BOO at a price of 220p per share"News out today. | harebridge
12/6/2017 13:49 | 2017 not looking like - "Game Time" to me | owenski
12/6/2017 13:31 | James - return to profits....? The whole point is that they haven't made nor are they planning to make profits yet. I'm not bothered about that actally - just want to know how things affecting the share price are going - funding now and then delivery against plan in a few weeks. | mktommo
12/6/2017 12:48 | This is looking like it could be a Gonna ! | catswhiskas
12/6/2017 12:17 | I'll be patient but am disheartened by the poor communication from the company. I think that it's almost impossible that this will be the price in (say) 1 year, 2 years or 3 years time. I am lucky that I can wait that time but am significantly underwater for now.My relationship with a company is built on a number of factors but open and honest communication is normally a cornerstone of that relationship. It builds trust and shows respect for shareholders. Koovs management need to understand this and up their game if they want others to invest. How about a simple "we expect to be able to provide detail of the recent funding round in xx days /weeks" for example....I'll hold but continue to wish I'd put my money elsewhere because of the lack of good solid communication or openness. | mktommo
12/6/2017 11:53 | Irishlass- no matter what the placing price is, the delay in the announcement is not only crippling the share price, but destroying sentiment & credibility of the company.Every day that passed was going to have this effect. Are they really that naive? | harebridge
12/6/2017 11:48 | I think the placing will be around 40p, at a premium to the current price. All that's happening is small holders are getting bored and transferring to shares like BOO. | irishlass2
12/6/2017 11:46 | Nearing a complete collapse in share price now as Koovs management keep their heads buried in the sand. I urge all shareholders to write to the company secretarial Robert Pursell CFO for an explanation Company.Secretary@Ko | harebridge
12/6/2017 11:39 | maybe they should swap names and call this one BooHoo :-( | mister md
12/6/2017 10:15 | I would guess out of respect Koovs would give first option on this placing to those institutional investors who paid 50p last time so they have the option of averaging down. Or does it not work that way? | ckafetz
12/6/2017 09:11 | Ck- agree with you. Institutional Investors who stumped up millions at 50p only several months ago must be furious. It's now over 2 weeks since they announced the need for funding.Koovs have gone quiet which is destroying sentiment here. | harebridge
12/6/2017 09:07 | Last 2 trading days suggest placing will be towards the lower end of the 30's. It's a wait and see but Koovs need to wrap this up ASAP. | ckafetz
10/6/2017 09:40 | Very interesting to see Boohoo (LON:BOO) raise £50 million last week at a time when Koovs are looking to raise £15 million. If Boohoo are looking to expand, what better place then the fastest growing e commerce fashion sector in the world- India. | harebridge |
