26/5/2017 10:26 | If it goes any lower then those that said 25p placing may have been right. Very naughty what is going on here! | ckafetz
26/5/2017 00:26 | Harebridge 2736 - you miss my point...but let me ask another way. How many placings have you seen that are at a 30% premium to the share price? Why would KOOV be able to acheive that? No point in falling out because we will find out in the not too distant future in any case. | melody9999
25/5/2017 12:40 | Can't imagine it would be 25p. My opinion is between 30-40 | ckafetz
25/5/2017 12:04 | Have a feeling the placing will be at 25p as a sweetener for some of the insti's that came in at 50p. Time will tell. | ssnichani
25/5/2017 08:57 | melody- how can you buy £15 million worth of shares on the open market with Koovs? That's just as naive as comparing Boohoo to Koovs. | harebridge
25/5/2017 08:29 | Harebridge - why would you buy into a placing at 50p when you can buy in the market at 35p? I suspect it will need to be nearer 30p to get these away. Unless the company have some positive news to tell that will alter the share price trend, if I was them I would get the placing away sooner rather than later. | melody9999
24/5/2017 18:29 | Not surprised it's well received when they are being let in at such a cheap price! | ckafetz
24/5/2017 14:03 | CK you could be right. I actually think there could be some heavy director involvement this time around.Chairman Lord Waheed Alli was in The Times rich list with a fortune of over £200 million- although I suspect most of it is tied up. I'm sure he'll buy a few like last time. It's about time the others bought a few.Directors' and their related parties' interests: Lord Waheed Alli 33,699,218 19.21%Anant Nahata 12,109,688 6.09%Mary Turner 270,270 0.15%Robert Bready 1,108,365 0.63%Baroness Gail Rebuck 1,100,000 0.63%CFO Robert Pursell needs to buy a few as he doesn't own any.CEO Mary Turner only has 270,270 shares, so needs to add.I'm hoping for a placing at 50p- that together with heavy director involvement could restore some sort of credibility here.If that doesn't happen, then it will be confirmed what I believe- that this lot are a bunch of clowns. | harebridge
24/5/2017 13:50 | Here is my guess. They already found someone to pump in £15m. That company said no way at 50ish p. Get the price down to 30-40p and we are in. Price drops to get them in bish bosh | ckafetz
24/5/2017 13:48 | Email all enquiries to Robert Pursell CFOIt's the least this lot can do to keep worried shareholders informedCompany.Secr | harebridge
24/5/2017 09:19 | Comparing Boohoo to Koovs LOL! You couldn't make it up. Boohoo has been around for years, whereas Koovs has just started out. | harebridge
24/5/2017 09:04 | Not sure there will be funding at 50p. Share price drop suggests it will be between 30p to 40p | ckafetz
24/5/2017 08:53 | Melody, is BOO a startup like KOOV? | irishlass2
24/5/2017 08:37 | Whilst KOOV talks about issuing more equity, BOO discusses share buybacks. The contrast is stark and the direction of the share price for each company reflects that. | melody9999

24/5/2017 06:10 | st0ne3 sometimes we have to learn by doing. I remember some years back following a share all the way to the bottom and losing 100%. It was a hard lesson but ultimately invaluable. Diversification of holdings and preservation of capital have become important to me and as you say run your winners, cut your losers. I think some people aren't seeing that if KOOV survives and even prospers long term there's a real risk their shareholding will have been massively diluted by continual fundraising. I suspose maybe it is still possible KOOV will do well for the holders , I genuinely hope so for the sake of the holders. | dgbell7 |
