03/11/2021 08:48 | Make it 15m | yaki
03/11/2021 08:46 | 13m net buys so far. The silly game of disappointed brokers didn't pay off. As the placing was with private investors who aren't flippers. I expect to see blue today | yaki
03/11/2021 08:43 | ... there is little else to do other If you genuinely hold shares, the best thing to do is to vote them. How do you think the 2 directors lost their jobs at the recent agm. Was it by moaning on bbs? I can assure you it wasn't cj4 13 Nov '21 - 08:34 - 6357 of 6359 Grow up Yaki. I am just a cheesed off holder like you but prepared to say it how it is rather than kid myself all is wonderful except for the paid derampers. LC’s poor performance (along with my poor investment decision) has cost me a shed load of money and I therefore have every right to be unhappy. Other than crystallising my loss and making my thoughts known to the company and it’s representatives there is little else to do other than continue to ensure that unwarranted optimism from ramping holders is challenged. | yaki
03/11/2021 08:38 | And for the umpteenth time I AINT JAX. But if that makes you happy you keep saying it. It matters not. I'm done for a while. Enjoy. | cj41
03/11/2021 08:36 | Yeah sorry Yaki I’m not employed to post here at all, a touch paranoid there on your part perhaps. The first step in avoiding a trap is knowing of its existence, optimism abound doesn’t deter from the fact that they go through funds and placings like fun here, yet whenever a placing is suggested the knives come out. You know the score here with regard to funding so why do people try and silence those concerns? It’s in a terminal downtrend and I think you can probably see that yourself. | frankandbeans

03/11/2021 08:29 | and what you have done about it, jax? cj41 3 Nov '21 - 08:27 - 6355 of 6355 No one is a paid doom merchant here Yaki. Stop kidding yourself. Holders are just sick and tired of the CEO taking them for mugs. His removal is way way overdue. | yaki

03/11/2021 08:26 | F&B Yaki is (and has been for years) a major shareholder. Poor chap. I still have £5.91 worth (so as to go to AGM's and barrack LC - if ever I wanted to bother) - on which I've lost 87% - so I'm even poorer ! As for Kibo's 'asset value'. Check out the R&A. Coal assets are all 'intangible' and dependent on selling them at that value, which is extremely unlikely. The underlying asset value of its MAST holding is 1/4 its (Masts's) share price. Cutting these out as any honest auditor will eventually do, shows negative real assets. As for the pi's who keep subscribing for these placings ! Who on earth can they be? Under what stone does LC find them ? | lurker5
03/11/2021 08:24 | Hoorah. Finally the Penny has dropped albeit way too late. | cj41
03/11/2021 08:22 | NAV and share price are rarely in alignment especially on AIM listed companies. KIBO is AIM listed right? Because I think you were trying to tell me otherwise previously. Either way, what price will they be able to raise atb next time? Looks like a little bit of a last ditch attempt to get some away. | frankandbeans
03/11/2021 08:19 | Just another 450m shares to be flogged off over the coming months/year which pretty much guarantees no uplift in the share price Rinse and repeat. | cj41
03/11/2021 08:19 | But we won't solve that with moaning on bbs Investors who are owners of the business and not the paid doom merchants here, should get together and so something about it If anyone is interested, can get in touch with me, | yaki
03/11/2021 08:14 | Ive been here since 150m shares so more like 20 fold. Cue Yaki to nitpick and correct my maths to 19 fold as if it makes any difference. All placing proceeds have been predominantly used for working capital. We currently have pretty much nothing to show for it other than a business worth a tiny fraction of the monies raised. | cj41
03/11/2021 08:06 | The £850k refers to now, I.e. what the company has signed up to for a measly £850k TODAY. It's all working capital either way. | cj41
03/11/2021 07:55 | 800m shares and if warrants are exercised - £2.5m in Kibo coffers cj41 3 Nov '21 - 07:10 - 6337 of 6342 Yet another placing. With warrants almost another billion shares. All for a measly £850k. That’s the salaries paid for a bit longer then. | yaki
03/11/2021 07:54 | Dear oh Dear ! More than ten-fold increase in potential issued shares since Kibo's empire might have delivered something worthwhile per share five years ago. All predicted. | lurker5
03/11/2021 07:53 | I agree that the raise is at poor terms but now means Kibo has enough funds for next 12 months. And after 12 months - with Mast, KAT etc - should be easily self financing | yaki
03/11/2021 07:49 | It’s more the dilution, the raise at .2 is adequate I suppose, but now even more warrants caps any rise once they are flipped out into the market IMO. | frankandbeans
03/11/2021 07:37 | Which one of the following are the funds guaranteed to be used on ' to further develop the Company's energy portfolio most notably the Company's waste to energy projects and for working capital requirements'? - no prizes for guessing. | cj41
03/11/2021 07:32 | Pretty good terms actually. Barely any discount over current market price. | nigelpm |
