03/11/2021 07:10 | Which is the most advanced coal to power project on AIM? And how advanced are they? Discounting distracting green projects of course. Primary focus coal to power. | frankandbeans
03/11/2021 07:10 | Yet another placing. With warrants almost another billion shares. All for a measly £850k. That's the salaries paid for a bit longer then. | cj41

02/11/2021 18:35 | And in the far reaches of LC's Empire at KAT - no confirmation yet that condition precedent to listing No 1) ( - confirmation that Blyvoor Gold Capital pty will accept £7m in full settlement of claims against the tailings projejct partners ) had been met by yesterday's deadline ! | lurker5
02/11/2021 16:37 | Where are we with flogging off the previous flagship assets? I am expecting the advisory fees to be a big chunk of whatever giveaway price is achieved. It's pretty much a given. | cj41
02/11/2021 16:25 | But what does 'construction ready' actually mean? It appears to mean absolutely nothing other than something which probably looked good once in a RNS 5 or 6 year ago before everyone realised it is meaningless. In the same way that 'shovel ready' has no real meaning in the world of KIBO. In fact an awful lot of the stuff contained in KIBO RNSs doesn't actually mean anything as it never happens, in either the stated timeframe, or in many cases, at all. Surely at some point all shareholders (not just the realists) here will accept that all LC does is perpetuate corporate activity to justify his role rather than create any shareholder value. When is MAST actually going to be producing power? Will the next RNS be about signing the agreement to begin building the kit or even an in principle ageeement ? This just runs and runs. | cj41
02/11/2021 15:13 | They can blame delay by the lenders. (Oops ! - they didn't mention lenders did they !) Needed to pay for the kit which they pretended wasn't necessary, and whose cost to repay them wouldn't be counted against the 'cash flow' they predicted ! "Do the Maths" Mast's shares will slowly sink to its tiny asset value, truthfully predicted by WH Ireland, as the 'truth' of Mast's 'prospectus' slowly sinks in. | lurker5
02/11/2021 14:54 | Shovel ready seems to have a lead time of around 3 years to construction ready. Have they even started groundwork’s at the site yet? Suppose they could blame covid again. | frankandbeans
02/11/2021 07:47 | From the MAST RNS of May 21st. 'The Lead Time (Ex Works) for INNIO Jenbacher generation equipment is currently 22 weeks from the Effective Contract Date as against the previous expected delivery time of 26 weeks' - Does anyone know if the contract was ever signed? We have lots of references to phrases such as 'construction ready' but not given the contract date unless I am just missing it. Either way 22 weeks from when?? If it was May then we have missed yet another deadline. Has Bordesley site been readied for the kit? Somehow I doubt it. | cj41
02/11/2021 06:58 | Yep agree looks like a placing to me as well. | frankandbeans

27/10/2021 16:07 | short6 when a VC company puts directors on its investee co's, there are usually very clear rules around remuneration and fees. I hope LC puts something together along those lines; hopefully addresses to some extent Kibo cash needs! short6 27 Oct '21 - 15:54 - 6319 of 6319 An experienced board and management for BV ListCo, comprising directors from Katoro and new appointments, will be announced in due course and in conjunction with publication of the prospectus No doubt LC will want to be CEO or Chairman of BV ListCo, so that will give him 4 salaries. He's taking you lot for mugs again. | yaki
27/10/2021 16:07 | I think that is a given. | cj41
