MAST is on the 'Standard' List. With less regulation than even AIM, no sensible investor will treat it as if on a par with any on the main list. So misleading and lacking in basic but important information was Mast's 'propectus' (as is the case for some others) you'll find the LSE will soon drop what is a farcical 'market' - more akin to OTC than any reputable one.

If the only thing you have to contribute is pedantic comments then why bother.

KIBO is AIM listed.
Companies list on AIM to fundraise.
There will be a fundraise at some point.

You can sell 5m shares at 0.222p and the bid is 0.21. Brokers are paying some very silly games.

I just hope Kibo directors are on the ball and catch them unawares

Have you considered its a placing being forward sold?

It’s AIM listed not main market, of course there will be a fundraise. How many times has there been an attempted pump before one lands you should ask yourself.

Broker notes on AIM listed co’s.

Just like certain prospectus’s.

So funny. The fools get ticked up even when they don't know what board they're posting on.

Sorry isn’t this the KIBO board?

This did make me laugh though.

“ looks like some people need serious help with the issues they have, would appear they made some poor investment decisions and can't deal with it. Shouldn't invest what you can't afford to lose and now spend their days blaming everyone else except themselves.
Sad really.
Time would be better spent reading up on English and grammar , just a suggestion.”

Would the same apply to those still flogging a dead horse?

Been banging on placing for last month or so?

I wouldn't discount the 2.4m loan to Mast being repaid, which is qualified as current liability in Mast accounts

Moved on from getting excited about MOU’s to term sheets now is it?

Next RNS they have leased a new office stapler.

Cue placing.

Close Brothers are great choice - with access to pension and life ins money who are keen on investing in new energy projects

So c1m profit in few months time, based on existing projects.

And funds from placing available to apply to other projects. Or pay Kibo's 2.5m loan?!?

Oh goody another 'term sheet'. Based on the May 21st RNS (where negotiations were already underway) it has taken c. 6 months to arrive at a term sheet for financing kit which was started being built in June and is due for delivery in the next 4 weeks. Impressive work. I wonder if any work has started at the Bordesley site yet. I doubt it.

Everyone (who is capable of rational thought) knows that the only way the company and share price will improve is by changing the CEO and the rest of the board. It appears that after 10 years of 'having a go' and picking up a disproportionate salary in charge of a two bit company our CEO now has a vision/strategy which starts to come together in a couple of years time. Given the history of our CEO's performance if he is thinking a couple of years then it will be a lot longer, if ever. What about cash requirements in the meantime? Surely we can't just rely on using KAT's cash. I really don't get how LC can still have the front to remain given the continuing value destruction, non-delivery and constant missing of his own timelines. What exactly does he think he is bringing to KIBO? Really, what is it?

I think it says it all when the best news the BOD can come up with is that another company we spoke to a few years ago is doing really well. It beggars belief it really does.
