Clear disconnect between assets and market valuation?

Think you have uncovered something that every other savvy investor has overlooked?

Or is just the case that paper doesn’t transpire to the real world.

Many have been sucked in here to the fantasy cootzee express. Some have leapt off, others are here until terminus.

Take those glasses off perhaps.

I suggested on a number occasions that we get together to try to remove LC. That was when I held about 1% of the shares before massive dilution. The response has always been something along the lines of LC is a nice bloke. The mechanic at my Mercedes garage is a nice bloke but he wouldn't be any good as a CEO of a power (or whatever we are this week) company. On second thoughts he couldn't possibly have done any worse.

The twitter group has always been (up to now anyway) a secret cabal which alone has the key to the treasures LC is amassing (They didn't even guess it would turn out to be for him alone). As for PR, 'being friendly' is what they are there for. They have never had a clue what is really going on, and as for the numbers- they don't DO them!

Is the Twitter group the SHAG group that lurker is referencing? Doesn’t appear that they have gotten very far either, as surely there would be a formal SHAG update if they have made any headway, or an update from the co for that matter?

I contact investor relations regularly. They are very friendly, will have no answers to any of your questions but will pass them on to LC. Judging by the lack of clarity as to what's going on and the fact that LC hasn't had direct contact with investors for almost 3 years tells you how productive that is likely to be. But like me you can but try. Good luck. The special ones in the Twitter group have probably got a different experience though.

Looks as though some of the placees have become impatient looking at those delayed sells.

Hardly likely to be sticky if history serves as a guide.

M1sterx - I think its more than £40m. I did the sums a few years ag but have forgotten the details. Interesting was to see how much of what benighted shareholders had put up went to advisers, Bod salaries, commissions and discounts to brokers, interest to Shylock Sanderson, write-offs, etc etc. It was a shocking amount. Also interesting to remember that Yaki and that poor old chap from Wombleville who invested all his pension, together with a galaxy of rampers some of whom are still 'over there' all reckoned up their holdings to boast they had approaching 30% (or thereabouts I think) and were urged to form a SHAG to requisition an EGM to complain about issues already boiling away then (c 2015). Nothing was done of course ! Instead they all kept 'trusting' that LC would see them OK in the end !!!

Nigel you are missing the crux of the whole issue.

Placees can flip their stock at anything over the placing price and still have the warrants at .4 so it’s win win for them.

And it’s not the first time that placings have gone to placees that investors are told won’t flip the stock, but then they do just that.

There’s no risk with holding warrants but there’s risk with holding the stock.

Great post iamthebest & how true reRepetitive posts, day after day.Can be summed up with the following.1. The coal assets are worthless.2. Katoro listing is worthless.3. Mast Energy listing is worthless.4. IGES link will come to nothing.5. EQT link will come to nothing.Louis is a liar and worse. Everything in RNS is a lie.Genuine shareholders are not happy with the situation and are doing what they can in background to try and improve things. This is not easy with a ceo who is unresponsive and sits in an ivory tower with very little communication with shareholders via email, phone or face to face. You post more than the TR1 holders! The only time they seem to post is to correct your errors, lol.

How much money has this outfit raised since it listed in 2010, must be £40m, current m/cap £4.5m !

Great shareholder value.

I think that’s actually a fair point.

“ continue to ensure that unwarranted optimism from ramping holders is challenged. “

How many LTH are in profit here I wonder?

No fibs now.

Not sure of the need for the constant sniping on here. Yes, it's dilution but the fact investors were willing to stump up hard cash at these levels isn't a bad thing also.

"...Would it help if someone documented all the net sells also?"

Ha ha, made me laugh

Would it help if someone documented all the net sells also?

Seriously what’s next? Posting the current share price hourly as soon as it turns a shade of blue?

It’s like a Möbius strip.

Heard that one before Yaki

“As the placing was with private investors who aren't flippers.”

How many times have placings just been flipped by placees here? I recall some disclosed positions just quietly slipping off the register previously as well if memory serves, they have their warrants now so any rise will be sold into.
