I owned it many years ago.

I figured there has been a huge amount of growth since 2018 but there shares are flat since then.

Create is now 65pc of profit and those businesses trade on good valuation multiples and are good quality / high margin.

Never thought it would get bid for.

for a deal that is still just indicative the shares are trading very close to the potential offer price. it makes sense to sell here because these PE companies pull out of offers on a regular basis

It's crazy that executive Dan Robert bought 56k less than 2 weeks ago in the full knowledge that negotiations were ongoing and have been for a while. How can he think that wouldn't be noticed and how can the nomad approve it, if indeed they did?
