According to Align’s report in 2022 CREO Design’s Feasibility Study determined an NPV(20) of US$223.75 MILLION for Walviskop alone! Perdevlei is game changing, Dennis said it is 34x the size of Walviskop and you can just multiply it out to get a valuation. That means we’re talking around $7.5 BILLION here!?!

And that's conservative because the resources are self-replenishing so almost infinite AND the estimate from CREO Design was for the poorer acreage further up the beach. Kazera cleverly negotiated to be within the tidal action and that means no effect on the environment so virtually zero cost to mine. The costs Kazera do have will be covered by the diamond mining so all the money they get from HMS will go straight to the bottom line.

truly some great volumes going through, but why would anyone sell now? If Perdevlei granted, and NPV as Someuwin above states, is c.£1bn with current ops valued at c.£7m.....DYOR and GLA

Very little disussion about Strand Hanson being brought on board. A first class very professional organisation. The company has kept quiet about them with no mention from Dennis in his recent discussions.There appointment to me is VERY significant and strategically very important. In my view some sort of deal or deals are being brokered.KZG is an investment company not a mining company. The two tranches of cash give us plenty of time to sort things out.

...At the close on 13 Dec 2024 the market cap of Kazera was @ £15m. The thick end of £8m is owed to Kazera by Hebei (and they DO have the assets and means to pay from what we have ascertained), meaning that the SA operations are valued at @ £7m. With the hoped for imminent award in early 2025 of the key Perdevlei licence that, we repeat. has an NPV of approaching £1bn, to say that this is an undervaluation is probably the understatement of the year....

Basically with the shares in circulation a TR1 would be necessary with a holding of approx 30m. 2 reasons we haven't had one imo is that it is either more than one buyer so the threshold hasn't been met or the buyer if only one, has not completed his order.

I honestly think a 10p plus share price is not as far fetched as some might believe. As soon as we receive the mining rights for Perdevlei I am sure the wheels will start turning to get into production. The beauty of it is we already know the 'how and what to do' as we have already achieved production at Walviskop. As with everything in life the second time you do something is much easier than the first. Wouldn't be surprised if Fujax would play a part in Perdevlei too. Remember Perdevlei is 34 times larger than Walviskop with grades at least as good if not better than what we already have. That's providing we don't have any bumps in the road which we all know can appear in AIM. Fingers crossed. DYOR!

morning C9S, yes agreed, although not much selling IMO this am and now v. near full offer being paid....I wonder how much stock is around, but don't have L2 sight.....DYOR but won't take much IMO to get this much higher.

Very possible. I personally think the price was taken up abruptly on Friday to fill those big trades that went through late on. Looking at L2 I still think we have a buyer wanting in the 1.7p range. I would expect a bit of profit taking as we approach Christmas so a retrace/consolidation at some point will take place. Just my opinion. DYOR. 2025 is looking to be a massive year for KZG. Perdevlei mining rights and an a possible further off take will without doubt launch this into double figures.

The 21 days in which appeals can be made against the granting of the mining rights for Perdevlei must be close to ending if not already finished. I would expect the mining rights to be confirmed in the not too distant future.
