26/10/2024 16:39 | GBColYou postedThis BB has always had negative and positive views but has IMO now declined to the point where it no longer has any value to me.Agree quite pathetic really. | penrith
26/10/2024 12:13 | To ask you to vent your anger in person at me. To see if u dare.... | richie666
26/10/2024 11:23 | Again, I'll point out that Richie is in his fifties, he's apparently wealthy and the difference between me and him is that I'm having fun doing my hobby. He is an old man who still thinks he's the school bully. Richie, my dear friend, thank you so much for the invitation. But why would I meet you? What do you intend to do that you cannot do in a public forum or via pm? Answer that question and I'll consider your request. Also I think I've established that you can't be trusted, so I'm not going to rely on that charity donation promise. and one last thing... I thought you had me blocked? | al101uk
26/10/2024 11:01 | Not me :-/ | al101uk
26/10/2024 06:08 | Richie,Rather sad really. Hope you are ok.I will not respond to your posts in future. Remember it is only a share chat board about a fairly insignificant penny share.Take care. | penrith
25/10/2024 21:29 | As if I needed more inspiration. | al101uk
25/10/2024 21:24 | Penrith - I say the same to u as I have to all comers over the years who have variously tried to kill me, sue me, jail me and bankrupt me. ALL to no avail.I become stronger. Wealthier. Victorious. And THAT is why I am so hated by life's losers.U know where to find me. Find me. And then vent your failure and jealousy at me.Night, night. | richie666
25/10/2024 21:17 | Lol. As I said each to his own. Take care. | penrith
25/10/2024 21:11 | It's a hobby :-) | al101uk
25/10/2024 20:56 | Al101uk I cannot understand for the life of me why someone would put so much effort and time into a share they are not invested in but each to his own.Outspan I am afraid you have met your match and some. | penrith
25/10/2024 20:40 | Outspan: "How little you know!" I've hardly begun. | al101uk
25/10/2024 20:39 | Meanwhile Richard posts this: "...as largest shldr I have made clear that Hebei be held to EVERY CENT of what they owe" And Dennis pulled a 180 from being happy with the situation to taking action. | al101uk
25/10/2024 20:31 | Still not enough? Pathfinder Properties incorporated to invest in property in 1991. The company failed and in December 2009 it was renamed Pathfinder Minerals, there was a director on the board at that time called Mark Ronald Edmonds who has a penchant for naming companies he's involved with as RAM. RAM123 Ltd, RAM Vision Ltd, RAM Trains, RAM Interactive etc RAM Resources (RMR) is an Australian listed company that has changed it's name a number of times since listing. It's not easy to get information on Directors for that company, but ADVFN had a board dedicated to the company because it had direct links to Regency Mines. Obviously when Rome Resources (RMR, same EPIC) listed in the UK there was some confusion and both companies were being disucussed on the same board. Not expecting it to take me anywhere I looked up Regency Mines and to my surprise there was a report on the Align website covering Regency Mines from 2018. It had the following standard disclaimer "IMPORTANT: Regency Mines is a research client of Align Research. Align Research holds an interest in the shares of RGM." Regency Mines changed it's name to Corcel, and Aligns coverage continued until April 2023 when they declared they were ceasing coverage of the company and that "you should no longer rely on any previous research or estimates for this company." Richard Jennings owned nearly 9% of the company as of January 2023, but must have been severely diluted by the financing deals that followed. That's a tenuous link obviously. But while Mark was a director from 2009 to 2019 at Rome Resources, Dennis was a director from 2019 to 2023. Two directors at the same company with the same surname and born within a few years of each other. RAM Resources bought a 51% share of Motzfeldtin March 2010, a tantalum-niobium project in Greenland, the license was later surrendered on commercial and Economic grounds in June 2014 by their partners Greenland Resources. The license was taken up by Regency Mines which later became Corcel for £2500. Regency Mines also held a 20% interest in Red Rock Rescources, another company covered by Align. | al101uk
25/10/2024 20:28 | How about this: Interestingly Kazera didn't buy directly from Tectonic. "Kazera Global plc agreed to acquire 90% stake in Deep Blue Minerals Limited from Richard Jennings (of Align) for £0.7 million." From the RNS 4th June 2020: "Acquisition cost of the stake in DBM is £600,000 funded via the issuance to Richard Jennings of 120,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Kazera ("Ordinary Shares" and these Ordinary Shares being the "Consideration Shares") at a price of 0.5p per Consideration Share. The sale of Tectonic Golds assets was facilitated via Richard Jennings who also put current management at Kazera in to position. | al101uk |
