I've got five or six others, but I'm going to control myself, take some deep breaths and ask what everyone else thought?

Kazera has made my day today.

Richie, if your reading this... round of applause mate.

Another gold moment, projecting the market cap sometime next year...

£1.5 BILLION!!!

You're gonna be rich folks... Richie will rubbing shoulders with Warren Buffet at that rate, maybe he can treat Michael and Ryan to glass of wine at his place.

Exciting times.

Well, that was a mask off interview, I actually laughed out loud several times... even Dennis couldn't keep a straight face towards the end.

Direct link, just because it's brilliant!

And a link to my absolute favorite bit:

Penrith,

I thought for a moment that maybe Micheal Green had changed his name. I was wrong, looks like Ryan lives in a flat above Sainsburys... could be worse I suppose and as it's in London it's probably worth more than Richies Yorkshire abode.

Edit - Michael Green wrote the report :-D

Didn't you once visit Walviskop/Perdevlei richy and the Ops Manager said words to the effect "if there was such a thing as HMS heaven, we'd be standing on it" :-))

I think Align operate out of a terraced house in Harrogate but I may be wrong.

Dennis is indicating from that interview that by the end of the year we will :
A Have signed Off Take agreements.
B Receiving revenue from both HMS and Diamonds and therefore be profitable.
He has also earlier indicated that by year end we will have concluded the arbitration process in our favour.
The current share price is 1p. and refuses to move despite all the news and hype .
My question to you is this, if what Dennis says comes true what would be your best estimate of the share price at the end of December.

I was wondering why a "new" research company would be given information that is four years out of date...

"Optimo Capital Limited (FRN: 1017914) is an Appointed Representative of Align research Limited"

That explains it.

I'd edit your post quickly Penrith, before Richie see's it ;-)

Report:

The initial licence area has an NAV in excess of £130 million according to a 2020 Technical Economic Evaluation.
The company’s 5-hectare beach sand deposit has a JORC indicated Mineral Resource of 3.11Mt of Valuable Heavy Minerals. Some 12% of the HM (Haematite & other) have no economic value. Total heavy mineral content is 62%, which means that 54.56% of the resource is saleable heavy minerals.

Kazera Website:

In March 2023, the Mining Permit area was moved circa 100 meters to the west due to conflicts identified with the original permit coordinates.... comparable in volume to the initial volume estimate under the original permit but at a grade of 49.9% total heavy minerals compared to the 61.2%.

Video Presentation (the one before todays):

1.5Mt @ 49.9% (the volume less than half what it was)

Which one is it?

What does that do to the £130 million NAV?

Probably nothing eh, just a minor detail, other than that I'm sure the report is great.

Just in case anyone hasn’t watched.

“ The company currently operates a 5-hectare site generating healthy profits. With the new mining rights, it plans to expand by an additional 170 hectares of immediately mineable area, transforming the scale of the operation significantly.”;

The 34 times bigger is just the immediately mineable section (if/when the get licence), the actual site is many times bigger than that!

Interview with Dennis now available. A must watch as it highlights what massive news this is (despite the muted share price response). Answers a lot of questions.

I’m off to free up some cash to top up!!

Either way we will find out soon because it will most definitely need a RNS.

If it's a sell then that is reassuring you can get that price. If it is a buy it is also reassuring and a good price compared to the directors buy. Very difficult to call.

Talking out of your rear end again Penrith.READ the RNS yday. Env Imp bond is last stage, they expect to be mining 1Q 25 from Perdevlei. Its prob SA's highest HMS grade (& globally).Next nonsense?

Good post penrith, i'm slightly more bullish, as Jan 25 is a key moment, if they get the licence for Perdevlei with the potential uplift there, then valuations start moving much higher as they have discounted that value by 97.5% pending licence.

not sure where the assumed discount "should" go to, but surely with licence materially lower than 97.5%?

DYOR etc
