Yes. That was mine today at 1.1149p. Was hoping for sub 1.1p but I can live with that price. Now we wait and see! Hopefully we've got some good news on the horizon?

Hopefully the price stays down here for a while as I want to put another £10k in here next week. We've seen directors buying at 1.2p.

MM's are still happy to take 1m shares at 1.06p. Last week they were happy to take 5m for £50k+ off of me. Not seen that liquidity in this share for, well, almost ever.

You wouldn't throw the money i've seen put to this over the last few weeks if you didn't know something. It's a lot more than punt money. We've seen director buying too, which is always a positive sign.

I could be wrong on this but looking at the trading pattern of late it definitely suggests someone is buying big. My opinion is that we have news to be announced in the coming weeks with regard to the samples that were sent out and hopefully the completion of a successful offtake agreement. Obviously a resolution to the mine conundrum would give the price an extra push.

Someone obviously wants many millions of these shares as we've seen with the trades over the last few weeks. Clearly the MM's didn't have the stock so they've quoted him a price, usually higher than current price, again confirmed by the trades that have landed lately at much higher prices. The MM's, for want of a better description, manipulate the price up and down to create sells to fill the order. Usually once the order is filled we see an increase towards the quoted price. I've seen many millions put through at 1.25p, so it would be clear to say once the order is filled that would be the minimum we should see.

So what does that mean will happen. Will one day the share price just open up at a figure a lot higher than currently. It's all a bit mysterious, but thx for your reply.

Looking at the trades as you say, including the last few weeks it's very possible the MM's are filling an order of some sort. Many multi millions of buys at a price well above the current price would suggest this.

About 9 million shares bought at 1.2p yesterday and the share price didn't move a jot, and 30000 sold today and we go down!Just what is going on?

Richie,

Nope, I said that in my last post. Kazera was a dead company walking, it's only chance at life was what you did here. All I'm saying is that you did it "to make money", and any alignment with shareholders is purely co-incidental and could go away at the drop of a hat. Many shareholders may not even realize when that moment comes.

The questions I'm trying to answer are around the movement of assets that seems to happen between various different companies that you have an interest in.

That and Marks obsession with Rams.

Would u have preffered they carried out a placing 6 wks at 0.25 with a bucket shop when they realised how hollow AMS/Premraj was/is? As opposed to amenable debt with warranta at a then 120% premium?I rest my case. Enjoy the cricket.

"we are "aligned" in this endeavour"

You are the largest shareholder, as you've pointed out you could sell at any time and it's no one else's business, obviously you would need liquidity to do so.

You installed management, a person you've worked with for years at various different companies and until recently you owned research firm.

By virtue of these things you have a huge amount of influence over what the company does and does not do. That includes what they do with their assets and who any potential buyer would be if they were sold, it also includes deals around financing and terms. There are also other ways that you could turn a profit to the detriment of other shareholders that would not even involve having a viable asset in the first place.

That's not to say that shareholders here can't benefit and it could certainly be argued that with Kazera your giving shareholders a shot at money they would never have seen otherwise, but maybe not so aligned as you might suppose.

I always hated that statement on the Align website, particularly when combined with the disclaimers.

i wholeheartedly agree with Richie

its blindingly obvious that LJ and GC nearly ruined this co.

without the support we have had from Richie and tracarta i believe this company woyuld have folded

Now is our time and we all need to realise that , we are literally weeks away from being cashflow positive .....how i wish more of my investments were !!
