19/8/2023 15:10 | @renewables1 there are two possibilities 1) The Kibo spin out Ultimate Sustainable Energy Plc 2) Another RTO target. I am confident something is coming which makes Katoro a reasonable punt | dpr1881
17/8/2023 16:15 | DPR. If a RTO any likely candidate/s who might initiate such? | renewables1

16/8/2023 11:34 | CAD $5.5m = £3.1m. Good news for Katoro repayment of €792k | dpr1881
16/8/2023 11:24 | wow that explains the buying in Kat. The market cap of katoro is only £630k. We could see this stock double very quickly when the RNS re repayment comes! It does beg the question though why did Katoro give this asset away for nothing! | dpr1881
16/8/2023 11:02 | hxxps://newsnrelease Katoro Gold PLC entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ('Agreement') with Lake Victoria Gold ('LVG') for the development of the Company's Imweru Gold Project ('Project'). 16/8/2023 10:59 | This is interesting, given KAT owns 70k shares and has a JV with LVG on the neighbouring Imweru hxxps://tembogold.co The Project is a gold project located in northern Tanzania immediately to the west of Geita Gold Mine of Anglogold Ashanti. The Project is held by LVG’s Tanzanian subsidiary, Tanzoz Mineral Limited Under the Agreement, Tembo will acquire the Project for consideration of C$5,500,000, consisting of approximately 23.6 million common shares of Tembo at a deemed value of C$0.22 per share, plus approximately USD$221,000 cash. 29/6/2023 08:30 | Copied from KIBO re latest R&A Hold on. What's this ? (Have I missed it) "While the planned listing and IPO for the Blyvoor gold tailings joint venture was delayed, Katoro is actively seeking funding options for its development" 'delayed' ? does LC think it's still on ? I see the Kat latest report and accounts says 'status' of Bylvoor 'remains unchanged' - from what ? Has he ever officially reported to shareholders that it has had to be abandoned to the Peter Skeat's claim on it ? -( he has died recently) - Last news on Blyvoor was that Pan African Resources has added it to its tailings business - except there is no mention of it in PAF's latest reports. bearing in mind it was (to be) the only potentially significant part of Kat and an investor fund raising was made specifically for it I would have thought LC should say clearly and PDQ exactly what the situation is now | lurker5
28/6/2023 13:42 | Please stop being so vague graham & tell us how you really feel!……& | plentymorefish
28/6/2023 08:27 | I see a couple of directors left obviously not getting paid any longer so move in to another con company. Disgusting human beings the lot of them. Coetzee should be locked up as a fraudster along with the rest of them. Shut this and the rest of his fake companies down. | grahamwales
09/6/2023 14:16 | A few more 'lawyeresque' terms added to Louis's vocabulary. "blistering", "agile", following on from "at pace" And we also have "Following the termination of the Nominated Advisor (NOMAD) agreement with RFC Ambrian Ltd -----" I wonder who 'terminated' it ? | lurker5
09/6/2023 08:19 | A very useful piece of advice AVOID anything with Louis Coetzee connection, the guys has an unenviable track record of share price destruction across several companies: -Kibo from 60p to 0.006p -Mast - 12.5p to 1.25p -KAT - 6p to 0.01p | yaki
09/6/2023 08:14 | another year has passed, another load of salaries paid to FIVE directors, another set of accounts (feels like must be last ones?) AND NOTHING ACHIEVED! | yaki
09/6/2023 08:13 | Think its about time this sham was closed down, can't be much left of the £150k placing now. Its not even a viable shell. Shut it down and stop louis conman from ever opening another company on AIM. He should be locked up not taking a salary for conning investors. | grahamwales
06/4/2023 12:23 | agreed Graham .... "are the finance companies still banging on Louis door desparate the fund that wonderful tailings project" disgusting | onedayrodders

24/2/2023 09:00 | Dilution dilution dilution Cotzee the crook looking to raise money to cover his salary again. How many billion shares will he issue this time. | grahamwales
14/1/2023 10:07 | This is why you can't trust what is allowed to be put through LSE's investor chat boards. "Donald Leggatt I have been Head of Investor Relations at (that other chat board - ADVFN won't alow its name to be mentioned) for five years: we are a leading financial portal for retail investors. Together we are busy building a successful IR division, and LSE are now one of the leading IR interviews and events providers to the AIM market. This year we will put on a dozen high quality, entertaining and influential webinars where 4 CEO's get to put their investment case and meet the investor base. We interview several CEO's a month around strategy and operations, often with RNS's released to coincide. These drive an audience and sometimes the share price. At London South East we bring investors and CEO's together. I am interviewing CEO's, hosting our online live webinars and in-person Town Hall Events and running our YouTube channel, all of which drives increased revenues for the business." Investors who want to know the truth avoid it | lurker5 |
