15/2/2024 10:34 | DPR1881, read my post again. I never mentioned PJ was going to be on the board, nor did I mention KIBO. But Coetzee and PJ have had JV’s at KIBO and KAT if you care to do some research. | short6
15/2/2024 09:53 | Sean will whip this into shape. Fear not. | algernon2
15/2/2024 08:13 | Abdul and Wayne looking to unload shares onto mug punters so they can sit back and cash in their free warrants at a later date. Don't be a mug by providing liquidity | epifanio1
15/2/2024 07:22 | @Short6 except PJ is not on the board is he? Surely your research told you that and read the RNS again does it sound like Kibo put this together??? | dpr1881
14/2/2024 16:52 | I doubt KAT has had many better days than this. lol DPR, you really should have done some research before posting. Coetzee and Paul Jonson have previous form. All KAT is doing is removing a dodgy chairman and bringing in his dodgy best mate. Nothing to get excited about. | short6
12/2/2024 07:09 | Louis Coetzee, current Executive Chairman will step down from the Board, and from employment with the Company and £750k raised, I doubt KAT has had many better days than this ! | dpr1881
09/2/2024 06:55 | Today is the Kibo EGM. An interesting day | dpr1881

24/1/2024 20:56 | NB, Just read in Pan African's small print 2023 R&A that its deal to buy Blyvoor has lapsed because couldn't complete DD in time. So is it up for grabs again (esp with gold price higher) ?. Trouble would be the same - KAT's partner Target Mining couldn't come up with the cash in time. So with Kibo's image even more trashed neither would it. Even so ? | lurker5
24/1/2024 19:37 | Once again in Pan African's results, no mention of Blyoor which it was supposed to be incorporating into its business a good two years ago I think. So wonder what is going on there. | lurker5
10/1/2024 19:34 | They also have a stake of kibo, who have a 14% stake here | mibo1
10/1/2024 19:04 | Is Claremont srl the same as Claremont Capital Solutions ? No info available re srl's directors. Might be David Rusell behind both ? - Capital being a 'resructuring' specialist. Otherwise seems no reason why anyone should want KAT at this stage, what with Lake Victoria v unlikely to deliver anything material for Kat, and Haneti ditto. Only very distant prospect is something retrieved re Blyvoor, what with Pan Arican Resources going totally quiet on its 'acquisition'. I don't have time. But may be worth someone digging deeper | lurker5
10/1/2024 17:56 | Looks like the company is being bought up. 10% stake now. | mibo1
04/1/2024 22:04 | Also have to remember the squeeze to 1p+....last capital raise was £150k with the BOD's also supporting and with supportive Si Capital holders from the 1p and 1.5p raises....x10, x15 current levels .... Any positive news and the share price will explode in my opinion. There isn't enough stock around hence the new TR1's seeing an amazing opportunity to multibag. Gluck! Try buying £10-20k and see what price you get. | mrmark1
04/1/2024 22:01 | Also Charlemont Capital Investments sociéte à responsibilité limitée....slowly and quietly moved to 9%....for sure they plan to go 10%+....that should give confidence they will buy another 6m share minimum on the market...I know the company was looking at big Gold projects last year which was bringing finance to the plc too. Maybe the new TR1's know that the market cap will soon be multiples of the current £1m. | mrmark1
04/1/2024 19:16 | Someone is quietly collecting shares but why? NameYakoub YakoubovCity of registered officeIt's cheaper for LVG to buy them out and obtain a listing than to pay them the 750k approximately owed in the jv?From 7th March 22The JV will reimburse Katoro for previous expenditures in the amount of 792,000 on or before 31 December 2023And as we know, zero money received but someone has confidence going forward | goggin
03/1/2024 00:40 | Need to keep it quiet, don't let the pump & dump brigade know until it reaches 0.5 | goggin
02/1/2024 17:17 | Quietly doubled in @ a month | bean02
02/11/2023 15:26 | Lake Victoria: The JV will reimburse Katoro for previous expenditures in the amount of EUR 792,000 on or before 31 December 2023 | mrmark1
30/10/2023 18:18 | @ Lurker5 "Dear oh Dear. I see some clown says no dilution for Kat or Mast !" As you are such an esteemed research analysis, you might point out to me where on advfn its says "no dilution for Kat or Mast !". CLOWN! | dpr1881
22/9/2023 16:34 | Dear oh Dear. I see some clown says no dilution for Kat or Mast ! KAT had 211m shares on listing in 2017 in exch for Kibo's remaining gold assets. THose have almost 100% gone up in smoke Then it issued shares to acquire Blvvoor = also Up in smoke Now there are 670m shares - in exchange for exploration assets. Whenever has exploration not involved endless dilution into the dim and distant future ? And MAST ? Listed with about 188m shares. Now there are 212m. When Seira converts what it will get for baling out Mast, there will be over 300m. | lurker5
